We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who is bedridden after a brain stroke. Father God, You are indeed the Great Physician, the One who formed us in our mother’s womb and knows every cell in our bodies. We ask You to stretch forth Your healing hand upon this beloved individual. Lord, we declare that by Your stripes, he is healed (Isaiah 53:5). We pray for complete restoration—neurological function, movement, speech, and strength. Regulate his blood pressure and all vital signs according to Your perfect design. May his body respond to rehabilitation as You guide the hands and minds of the medical team caring for him.
We also bring before You the spiritual concerns raised in this request. Father, we ask for Your forgiveness over any sins in his life, for You are faithful and just to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We rebuke any fear of black magic, curses, or witchcraft, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that Your angels encamp around them to protect and deliver them from all evil (Psalm 34:7). We pray that their home would be a sanctuary of Your presence, where Your peace and truth reign.
We thank You, Lord, that You are not only a God who heals but also a God who sustains. Strengthen this family as they care for their loved one, filling them with patience, endurance, and unwavering faith. May they find rest in Your promises and hope in Your unfailing love. We trust You for a divine miracle, knowing that nothing is impossible for You (Luke 1:37). In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Healer, we pray. Amen.
To the family, we encourage you to hold fast to God’s Word. Meditate on Scriptures like Jeremiah 30:17, which says, “For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh.” Speak life over your loved one, declaring his healing even before you see it. Stand firm in faith, knowing that God hears your cries and is working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). Lean on your church community for support, and do not grow weary in prayer. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). You are not alone—God is with you, and so are we as we stand in agreement for this miracle.
