We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who is bedridden after a brain stroke. Father God, we know You are the Great Physician, the Healer of all infirmities, and nothing is too hard for You. We stand on Your promises, declaring that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Lord, we ask for complete restoration—neurological function, movement, speech, and strength. Regulate every vital sign, heal infections, and close bed sores. Grant wisdom and skill to the medical team attending to him, that they may be instruments of Your healing hand.
We rebuke every spirit of infirmity, delay, and stagnation in the name of Jesus. The Word declares that Jesus took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses (Matthew 8:17), so we claim that truth over this situation. We pray for breakthrough, for divine intervention, and for the body to respond to rehabilitation as You strengthen it. May his senses and reflexes be restored, and may he rise from this bed of affliction to walk, eat, and speak as before.
Father, we also lift up his family, who are carrying this burden with love and faith. Strengthen them emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Pour out Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7) and remind them that You are their refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2). We ask for Your protection over their home, rebuking any assignment of darkness—black magic, curses, or witchcraft—in the mighty name of Jesus. The blood of Jesus cleanses and shields; no weapon formed against this family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we acknowledge that sin separates us from Your best, and we ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing for this dear one and his family. Create in them clean hearts, O God, and renew a right spirit within them (Psalm 51:10). May they draw near to You, and may You draw near to them (James 4:8).
We declare that this is not a story of defeat but of divine restoration. We speak life over every cell, every neuron, every muscle, and every organ. Let Your healing virtue flow like a river, washing away every trace of this stroke. We thank You in advance for the miracle that is already on the way, for You are faithful to Your promises.
Heavenly Father, we pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, the Name above every name, the only Name by which we are saved and healed. To You be all the glory, honor, and praise, now and forever. Amen.
