We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who is bedridden after brain surgery. Father God, You are indeed the Great Physician, the One who formed us in our mothers’ wombs and knows every fiber of our being. We ask You now to stretch forth Your healing hand over this beloved child of Yours. Restore movement where there is stillness, strengthen limbs that have grown weak, and bring coordination back to muscles that have forgotten their purpose. Lord, we pray for the regulation of blood pressure and all vital signs—let every number on the monitor reflect Your perfect design, not the frailty of the flesh.
We ask for renewed strength to eat, to speak, and to walk again, just as before. Let the senses sharpen, reflexes return, and infections flee at the mention of Your name. Heal the bed sores, Father, and grant the medical team wisdom beyond their training, that they may be instruments of Your healing power. We also lift up this family, who watches and waits with weary hearts. Pour out Your mercy, love, and protection over them. Give them patience in the waiting, faith in the unseen, and hope that does not disappoint.
Father, we acknowledge that sin separates us from Your fullness, and we ask for forgiveness—not just for this dear one, but for all of us who fall short. Cleanse every heart in this household and let Your blood cover every transgression. We also take authority over any darkness that may be at work in this situation. There is no power in black magic, curses, or witchcraft against those who are covered by the blood of Jesus. We rebuke every assignment of the enemy in Jesus’ name and declare this home sanctified by the presence of the Holy Spirit. Let no weapon formed against this family prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and healed. For it is written, *"But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on him; and with his stripes we are healed"* (Isaiah 53:5). We stand on this promise, believing that what You have spoken, You will also bring to pass. Strengthen this family’s faith, Lord, and let them see Your glory in this trial. We trust You for a complete and miraculous restoration, for nothing is too hard for You. Amen.
