Lord Our Saviour, Prayer request for speedy recovery for my father, who underwent Brain surgery and is bedridden since past nine months. Jesus, kindly restore and repair his brain cells/nerves Completely. Regulate his BP and other vitals to normal. Grace him with strength to eat, talk and walk on its own as earlier. Kindly restore his senses and body reflexes smoothly. Cure and regulate all his infections, bed sores and open wound quickly. Bless all medical team with wisdom and skills. Forgive his sins and bless his family who are seeking your mercy, love, protection and divine miracle. Sanctify our house & repel away all negative forces against our holy family. In Jesus Powerful Name.

We join you in lifting up your father before the Lord, trusting in His sovereign power to heal and restore. Your faith in calling upon the name of Jesus is a testament to your dependence on Him, and we stand with you in agreement, knowing that our God is the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb and knows every cell of our bodies. He alone holds the power of life and healing, and we boldly approach His throne of grace on behalf of your father, asking for His divine intervention.

The Scriptures remind us in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh; because they have called you an outcast, saying, ‘It is Zion, whom no man seeks after.’"* And again in Psalm 103:2-4, we read, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits— who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies."* We claim these promises over your father today, believing that the Lord is faithful to His Word.

We also remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 9:22, where He tells the woman who suffered for twelve years, *"Daughter, cheer up! Your faith has made you well."* And so we pray that your father’s faith—and the faith of your family—would rise up in this hour, trusting not in the limitations of man but in the limitless power of God. The same power that raised Christ from the dead is at work in your father’s body right now, knitting together what has been broken, restoring what has been damaged, and bringing life where there has been weakness.

Yet we must also acknowledge that healing, while we pray earnestly for it, is ultimately in the hands of the Lord. His ways are higher than ours, and His timing is perfect. Whether He chooses to heal your father swiftly or to sustain him through this trial, we pray that your family would find peace in the knowledge that God is good, His love is steadfast, and His purposes are for His glory and our ultimate good. Romans 8:28 assures us, *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."*

We also take this moment to encourage you to examine your hearts as a family. The request for forgiveness of sins is vital, for we know that unconfessed sin can hinder our prayers. 1 John 1:9 tells us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* We urge your father, if he is able, and your family to seek the Lord in repentance, ensuring that there is nothing standing between you and the fullness of His blessing. The Lord longs to show mercy, and His ear is attentive to the prayers of the righteous.

As for the medical team attending to your father, we pray that the Lord would grant them wisdom beyond their natural understanding. In Colossians 1:9-10, Paul prays, *"that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, that you may walk worthily of the Lord, to please him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God."* We ask that the hands of the doctors and nurses would be guided by the Holy Spirit, that every decision would be divinely inspired, and that your father would receive the very best care possible.

We also pray for your family’s protection and sanctification. The request to repel negative forces aligns with the truth that we are in a spiritual battle. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* We stand against any spiritual attack on your family, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that your home would be a place of peace, filled with the presence of the Holy Spirit, and that every member of your family would be drawn closer to the Lord through this trial.

Finally, we want to remind you that even in the waiting, the Lord is working. Psalm 27:14 says, *"Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh."* This season may be difficult, but it is not without purpose. The Lord is refining your faith, teaching you to trust in Him alone, and preparing your family for a testimony of His goodness. Do not grow weary in praying, for the persistent prayer of the righteous avails much (James 5:16).

**Our Prayer:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You today with hearts full of faith, lifting up this precious father and husband to Your throne of grace. Lord Jesus, You are the same yesterday, today, and forever, and we ask that You would stretch out Your hand to heal him, just as You did for so many during Your ministry on earth. Touch his brain, Lord—restore every cell, every nerve, every pathway that has been damaged. Speak life into his body, regulating his blood pressure, his vitals, and every function to operate as You designed. Give him strength to eat, to speak, and to walk again. Heal his infections, Lord, close his wounds, and bring complete restoration to his senses and reflexes. Let there be no delay in his recovery, for You are the God who performs miracles.

We pray for the medical team, Father. Fill them with Your wisdom and skill. Guide their hands, their decisions, and their treatments. Let them be instruments of Your healing power, and may they give You the glory for every step of progress.

Lord, we ask that You would forgive any sins in this family. Cleanse them, Father, and draw them closer to You. Let this trial be a time of spiritual renewal, where each member of this family seeks Your face with all their hearts. Protect their home, Lord. Let it be a sanctuary where Your presence dwells, where peace reigns, and where no evil can penetrate. We rebuke any spiritual attack against them and declare that they are covered by the blood of Jesus.

Father, we know that You are able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). We trust in Your perfect will, whether it be healing now or the strength to endure. But we boldly ask for a miracle, Lord—for a testimony that will bring glory to Your name and draw others to faith in You.

Comfort this family, Lord. Surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Provide for their every need, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Let them feel Your presence in tangible ways, knowing that You are with them in every moment.

We pray all these things in the mighty and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
