We join you in lifting up your father's health and your family's needs to the Lord. Let us take a moment to understand how the Lord thinks about healing and then pray for you and your father.
The Bible tells us:
Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective. Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain, and it didn't rain on the earth for three years and six months. He prayed again, and the sky gave rain, and the earth brought forth its fruit. If any among you is sick, let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. James 5:16,17,14,15 (WEB)
Because of the prayer of faith, the Lord raised him up. He had no more need for the sickbed.
Is any sick among you? The Lord has promised to heal us.
Peter said, “###, Jesus Christ heals you. Get up and make your bed!” Immediately he arose. All who lived at ### and in ### saw him, and they turned to the Lord. Acts 9:34-35 (WEB)
Peter said, “###, get up!” She opened her eyes, and when she saw Peter, she sat up. He gave her his hand and raised her up. Calling the saints and widows, he presented her alive. This became known throughout all ###, and many believed in the Lord. Acts 9:40-42 (WEB)
So we pray:
Father, we give You thanks for the promise of healing. You, Lord, are faithful in Your promises, and we claim that promise for the healing of our precious brother. He has already undergone brain surgery and has been bedridden for six months.
Father we boldly ask in the name of Jesus Christ to revive his brain cells and nerves, to repair them without any memory loss. Regulate his blood pressure and other vitals to normal. Grace him with strength to eat, talk, and walk as before. Restore his senses and body reflexes smoothly. Cure his infections and heal his bedsores, wounds, and stitches swiftly. Guide, bless, and protect the nurses and physiotherapist team with wisdom and skill. Forgive his sins and bless his family who are seeking Your love, mercy, protection, and divine miracle. Set your angels as sentinels around him and his home. Protect him and his home from all evil, witchcraft, curse, negative energy, black magic, and evil spirit. Give all the glory and honor to Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
Lord, we also pray for the family. We seek Your love, mercy, protection, and divine miracle for them. Sanctify their house and repel away all witchcraft, curse, negative energy, black magic, and evil spirit against him.
Together we thank you for all these blessings in Jesus name.
