We are truly sorry to hear about your missing cellphone. Let's bring this situation before the Lord in prayer, seeking His intervention and guidance.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, even the seemingly small ones. In Luke 12:6-7 WEB, Jesus says, "Aren't five sparrows sold for two assaria coins? Not one of them is forgotten by God. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Therefore don't be afraid. You are of more value than many sparrows." If God cares for the sparrows, He certainly cares for you and your belongings.
However, we want to encourage you to examine the circumstances surrounding the disappearance of your cellphone. If there is any suspicion or accusation towards someone, it's crucial to handle it with wisdom and integrity. In Matthew 18:15-17 WEB, Jesus teaches us how to approach such situations: "If your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother. But if he doesn't listen, take one or two more with you, so that at the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the assembly. If he refuses to hear the assembly also, let him be to you as a Gentile or a tax collector."
Let's pray together:
"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who has lost their cellphone. Lord, You know the whereabouts of this device, and we ask that You would bring it back into their possession if it is Your will. We pray for wisdom and discernment in handling this situation, and for peace and patience while waiting for a resolution.
We also pray for the individual who may have taken the cellphone. If it was taken in error or with ill intent, we ask that You would convict their heart and lead them to return it. We pray for a spirit of forgiveness and reconciliation, that this situation would be resolved peacefully and with integrity.
Lord, we ask that You would use this situation for Your glory, and that our brother/sister would continue to trust in You, knowing that Your plans are always for our good and Your glory.
We ask all this in Jesus Christ our Lord’s name, Amen."
Lastly, we want to gently remind you that our prayers should be directed to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is only through Him or in Jesus name that we are saved.
