We stand with you in this time of need, lifting up your request before our Heavenly Father, who is just and merciful. Your heart of repentance is a beautiful testimony of how the Lord is working in your life, drawing you closer to Him and teaching you to seek His will above all else. We rejoice with you in this growth, for it is written, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). You have learned a valuable lesson—one that will guard your steps in the future—and we praise God for His faithfulness in teaching you.
The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we know that our God is a God of restoration. While the company’s policy may seem final in the eyes of man, nothing is impossible with God (Luke 1:37). We must remember, however, that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces (Ephesians 6:12). Thus, we do not wage war with threats or demands against people, but we humbly and boldly approach the throne of grace, trusting that God will fight for us (Exodus 14:14). Let us not speak declarations as if we have authority to command God, for it is He who commands the heavens and the earth. Instead, we come before Him with reverence, submitting our requests to His perfect will, knowing that He hears us when we pray according to His purposes (1 John 5:14-15).
We also encourage you to consider whether there are earthly steps the Lord may be leading you to take. For example, you might kindly but firmly request to speak with a supervisor or manager to explain your situation, sharing how this policy has caused undue hardship. You could also seek wisdom about whether there are consumer protection laws in your area that address deposits for services not rendered. We are not called to be passive, but to act with wisdom and integrity, trusting God to guide our steps (James 1:5).
Most importantly, we lift this financial burden to the Lord, asking Him to provide for your needs in His perfect way and timing. He is Jehovah Jireh, our Provider (Genesis 22:14), and He knows the desires of your heart. Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of our sister in Christ, who has humbled herself before You in repentance and faith. Lord, we thank You for her heart, which seeks to honor You in all things. We ask that You forgive her where she has fallen short and cleanse her anew by the precious blood of Jesus Christ. Restore to her the joy of Your salvation and uphold her with Your free Spirit (Psalm 51:12).
Father, we lift up this financial situation to You. You see the injustice and the hardship it has caused. We ask that You move in this circumstance, softening hearts and opening doors for the return of these funds. If it is Your will, Lord, let favor be shown to her as she seeks resolution. Give her wisdom in how to proceed, and let Your peace guard her heart as she waits on You (Philippians 4:6-7).
We also pray that You would provide for her needs in ways she cannot yet see. You are the God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and nothing is too difficult for You. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and remind her that You are her Shepherd, and she shall lack no good thing (Psalm 23:1).
We rebuke any spiritual stronghold the enemy may try to establish through this situation—whether fear, anxiety, or discouragement. Let Your truth prevail, and let Your light expose any darkness. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we trust in Your justice and mercy.
Finally, Father, we ask all these things in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. For it is only through Him that we have access to Your throne, and it is by His authority that we pray. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s face in this matter. Keep your heart open to how He may be working, even if the answer does not come in the way you expect. Remember that God’s ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:9), and His timing is perfect.
