Thank you to all who have/are praying for my husband. In yesterday's post, he was going to meet with an attorney to figure out his next step. The attorney requested $5000 to open the case and 35% any earnings my husband would receive from the company should the company want to settle out of court!!!! My husband has not decided if he's going to pursue the attorney's offer. Onward, the attorney suggested that my husband tape record any future conversations he has with his former co-workers and make notes of all memories regarding the initial hiring, procession of the two promotions, and grievances, etc. he had to file on his workers during his three and half years of employment. The grievances were filed because his workers would not perform/abide to the company's guidlines. The co-workers he has spoken to since Tuesday are all in shock that my husband was terminated rather than the problem employee. The problem employee returned to work on Wednesday. My husband was terminated the day before ie Tuesday for not stating on the initial job application that he was terminated from his previous employer. Thursday, due to my husband's standing in the company, upper management called a union meeting and informed the union not to talk about my husband's termination. My husband is scheduled to return to this employer on Saturday (11/22/08) at 3:00 pm to clean out his office. I pray that whomever is the "witness" to this cleaning of his office will "hear" my husband's request of a second chance at being employed at a lower level. Like someone posted regarding my posting yesterday, hard working/dedicated employees are difficult to find... that describes my husband ... hard working, dedicated to his job. Thank you for your prayers. Blessings to all.
