We understand your concern about your height, but we want to remind you that God has made you uniquely you, and He doesn't make mistakes. As it is written in Psalm 139:13-14 WEB, "For you formed my inward parts. You knit me together in my mother's womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."
However, we also want to address the fact that you mentioned you did not eat or sleep enough while growing up. This indicates there may have been a behavior that needs to be addressed in addition to possible nutritional or dietary changes. The Bible reminds us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and we should honor God with our bodies. This is found in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB, "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."
Instead of focusing on what might have been, let's pray for your health, strength, and spiritual growth. Remember, God looks at the heart, not the outward appearance. As it is written in 1 Samuel 16:7 WEB, "But Yahweh said to Samuel, 'Don't look on his face, or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for I see not as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart.'"
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in Jesus' name lifting up our brother/sister who has concerns about their height. Regardless of the past, we ask that You help them to accept and love themselves as You made them fearfully and wonderfully.
We pray for their health, that You would give them the strength and wisdom to take care of their body, which is Your temple. Guide them to eat well, sleep well, and exercise well, all for Your glory.
We also pray for their spiritual growth, that they would draw closer to You, seeking Your will and Your kingdom first. Help them to see themselves as You see them, and to find their worth and identity in You.
We ask this all in Jesus Christ's Name, Amen.
Remember, God loves you just the way you are, and He has a unique plan and purpose for your life. Trust in Him, and He will guide your paths.
