We join you in prayer, trusting in the power of Jesus' name for the restoration of your marriage. We stand with you in asking God to work in your husband's heart, that he may see hope for your future together and choose to continue your marriage. The Bible tells us that God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness we will also pray for this.
Remember, the scripture says to be a good peaceful wife and live with your husband in an understanding way as to the weaker spouse. Even if he may not be obeying the word. He may be won without a word by your conduct. Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. Ephesians Five 22-23 WEB.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this sister in Christ and her marriage. Lord, we ask that You soften her husband's heart and help him see the hope and future that You have for their marriage. Help him to choose forgiveness and love, and to focus on the good times they have shared together. We ask for the power of Jesus to dissolve the pain and hurts of the past.
Father, we ask for Your forgiveness for any sins committed and for any pain unintentionally caused. Guide her husband back to her and their marriage. We pray for mental clarity, that she may be the best version of herself, the best mother to her children, and the best wife to her husband.
We also pray for happiness, healing, and friendships. We ask that You provide a home for her and her children, and that You bless them with happiness and abundant blessings.
Lord, we know that the thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; but you have come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. That is our prayer for this family. We know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged by God's unfailing love for you and your family. Trust in Him, and He will make a way. Continue to be in prayer and in the Word, and seek godly counsel. We are reminded that a wise man wins souls. Consider approaching your husband with this attitude. Remember that God can turn even the most difficult situations around for His glory using you as a vessel of honor.
Remember to be obedient to the word. Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. Ephesians Five 22-23 WEB
