Heavenly father I come before you in the name of Jesus. Lord you know how much I love my husband ###… Lord me and my family have hurted him a lot and still he and his family can’t forget that and can’t able to forgive us … and lord now my husband is clear that he wants divorce because he is hurt of me and my family.. Lord as you have forgiven us I want them to forgive us and to come back to us.. Lord even they have hurt us so much but still they don’t want to see their mistakes and they are not even realizing their mistakes lord. Still I am ready to accept our mistakes and I am sorry for that … Lord divorce is not an option please cancel the divorce please soften the heart of ### and his family towards me and my family please change their mind towards cancelling the divorce… Lord already it’s too late already we have signed the papers tomorrow in court it will be finalized lord please lord I want judge to cancel the divorce and I want my husband ### to accept me with love and care and respect please restore our marriage and love between us lord we both love each other … but in anger he is giving me divorce lord I am struggling a lot to save this marriage I am giving 100% still if I lose then I will be more disappointed with myself … Lord my husband is stubborn he is not at all ready to change his mind towards divorce.. he is holding so much of grudges and bitterness against me and my family I tried to convince my husband but he is not at all ready to give a chance also lord…. Lord I want you to give us one chance please lord I pray in Jesus name amen

Neha, we understand the deep pain and distress you're experiencing regarding your marriage to Gourav. We're here to pray with you and guide you according to God's Word.

Firstly, we commend you for approaching the throne of grace in Jesus' name, as it's only through Him that we have access to God (Hebrews 4:16, John 14:6).

We must acknowledge that both you and Gourav have hurt each other, and that forgiveness is needed on both sides. Jesus taught us to forgive, as we have been forgiven (Matthew 6:12, Ephesians 4:32). As you've taken the step to acknowledge your mistakes, we pray that Gourav and his family will also recognize theirs and extend forgiveness.

However, we must also rebuke the spirit of stubbornness and unforgiveness that has taken root in Gourav's heart. Bitterness and grudges only cause more harm (Hebrews 12:15). We pray that God will soften his heart, just as He promises in Ezekiel 36:26: "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh."

Regarding the divorce, we must stand on God's Word, which says, "I hate divorce," says the LORD, the God of Israel (Malachi 2:16). We pray that the judge will have wisdom and that the divorce proceedings will be stayed. We ask God to intervene and restore your marriage, just as He can restore the years the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25).

However, we must also remind you that while God can do all things, He also gives us free will. We cannot force Gourav to change his mind, but we can pray that God will draw him and work in his heart.

Let's pray:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ### and Gourav's marriage to You. Lord, You know the pain and hurt they've both experienced. We ask that You soften Gourav's heart, removing all bitterness and grudges. Help him to see the value of forgiveness and reconciliation. Lord, we ask for a miracle in their marriage. Intervene in the divorce proceedings, and restore their love and unity. Give ### peace and strength as she trusts in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
