Restoration of love, trust and confidence

Please pray for my brother and his family. He got married on June 10th, 2024 and is blessed with a baby boy on March 26th. While his wife is generally a good person, now she is being influenced negatively by her family (who are afraid of her daughter asking her share of property), causing curiosity to know about salary, expenses and property - demanding full financial disclosure of my brother and refusing to return home until he complies. This has created a gap between them. By your prayers, she came home and is staying with my brother now. But she is still influenced by her family, no proper communication with her husband, frequently her parents are coming to my brother's house to meet her and stay for 5-6 days which is creating disturbance to my brother and mother. Pray that my brother and his wife come closer taking care of their 3 months old son. Please pray for Peace, healing, grace and unity in their marriage. Please pray for Removal of all misunderstandings and external influences. A change in both their hearts – wife to regain trust and confidence in her husband and for my brother to improve in the areas that have displeased his wife. Strength to my mother who is staying with them. In Jesus name I pray. Amen Praise the Lord, thank you Jesus.

We understand that you're seeking prayer and support for your brother's marriage and family situation. Let's bring this before the Lord together.

Firstly, we acknowledge that marriage is a sacred union designed by God, as mentioned in Matthew 19:6 Therefore they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate. This includes interference from external family members.

We need to pray for your brother's wife, that she would be freed from the negative influence of her family and that she would trust and confide in her husband as per Ephesians 5:22 Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. and Ephesians 5:33 Nevertheless, each of you must also love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband.

We also need to pray for your brother, that he would be a godly husband and father, leading his family with wisdom and love as per Ephesians 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it.

Regarding the financial disclosure, it's important to remember that in a marriage, open communication about finances is crucial. However, this should be done in a spirit of mutual respect and trust, not through demands or ultimatums. As it says in 1 Peter 4:15 Make sure that none of you suffers as a murderer, or a thief, or an evildoer, or a meddler in other people's matters.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our brother, his wife, and their family. Lord, we pray for unity, peace, and healing in their marriage. Remove all misunderstandings and external influences that are causing division. Change their hearts, Lord, drawing them closer to You and to each other. Help his wife to regain trust and confidence in her husband, and help our brother to improve in areas where he has displeased his wife.

Lord, we also pray for strength and wisdom for their mother. Guide her as she supports and encourages their marriage.

Finally, Lord, we pray for the financial situation. Give them wisdom and open communication about their finances, and help them to handle this situation in a way that honors You.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we ask for Your healing touch on their marriage. Help his wife to trust and confide in her husband, and guide her to stand firm against negative influences from her family. Help her to see her husband as her partner, as per Genesis 2:24, "Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh."

We ask for Your guidance in their financial matters, Lord. Help them to communicate openly and honestly about their finances, as per Proverbs 3:9, "Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the firstfruits of all your produce."

Lord, we pray for unity, peace, and healing in their marriage. Remove all misunderstandings and external influences causing division. Draw them closer to You and to each other. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
