We lift this request before our Heavenly Father with hearts full of faith, knowing that He hears and answers the prayers of His children. Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach Your throne of grace. We thank You that it is through Jesus that we have access to You, and it is by His blood that we are made righteous before You. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Lord, we pray for restful sleep for our brother or sister in Christ. You have promised in Your Word that You give Your beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2). We ask that You calm any anxiety, quiet any racing thoughts, and bring deep, peaceful rest to their body and mind. Let them wake refreshed and renewed, ready to face each day with strength and trust in You.
We also pray for Your divine protection over their life. Lord, You are our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust (Psalm 91:2). We ask that You surround them with Your angels, shielding them from harm, illness, and any schemes of the enemy. Protect them from accidents, danger, and any form of evil. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we bring their financial needs before You, especially as they pertain to medical treatments and medications. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust that You will meet every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Open doors of opportunity, provide wisdom in managing resources, and supply all that is necessary for their care. We rebuke any spirit of lack or fear in this area and declare that Your provision is more than enough.
Lord, if there are areas in their life where they may be struggling with worry or doubt, we pray that You would strengthen their faith. Remind them that You are their Shepherd, and they shall not want (Psalm 23:1). Help them to cast all their anxieties on You because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). May they find comfort in Your promises and rest in Your unfailing love.
We also encourage them to seek You daily through prayer and reading Your Word, for Your Word is a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105). Let them find hope and encouragement in Your truth, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).
In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
