Patricia Ann, we join with you in seeking rest and a peaceful night, knowing that it is Jesus who grants us true peace and rest. We are reminded of the words of Jesus Himself, “Come to me, all who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28 WEB).
Let's bring your request before the Lord together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking rest and peace for ###. Just as You promised, Lord, grant her the rest that only You can provide. Calm her mind, body, and soul, and let her sleep in peace tonight. Protect her from worries and anxieties, and cover her with Your loving presence.
Father, we also pray for ###'s continued faith and trust in You. May she always remember that “in returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength” (Isaiah 30:15 WEB).
In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
###, we encourage you to keep your focus on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). Trust in Him, and He will grant you the peace and rest you desire. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
