I am a qualified male nurse from India and worked as a nurse for 10 years in India & Malaysia. On 3/8/2010, I reached the UK on a student visa under ### College in ### for 2 years, and ### had stopped that course in April 2011 without any refunds.
In an emergency, I enrolled at ### College (###) in June 2011 for a program fee of £###/year with 16 practical hours. ### visa team filled my visa application form, but UKBA needed more finance 30 days old from today to be provided. On that ground, the visa was under process to be refused. It was refused due to a lack of knowledge of ### visa pressing team. ### did the same thing, no refunds, and said just go back to India. In 72 hours, I produced all documents from India, but the final decision was visa refused. ### College staff dealt very badly with me.
I visited 30 layers of places, one was agreed to take my case at last, win the case, and I cleared his fee. Now ### not agree to issue me 16 hours later for work placement at any cost.
Then I applied for my dependent visa, ### never gave strong supportive documents, so it’s also refused.
### (###) London wants me to pay the second year full fee in advance by 30/4/12 but is not willing to issue me 16 hours later for work. They suspended me on fee grounds for 8 weeks and sent a letter to my employer under the name of UKBA. So, they put me on zero work rights. At the end, they came to agree to a three-month payment plan with £### extra fee as a fine.

You have time till 10th of Aug 2012 to settle your fee installment which you have defaulted along with penalty.
Failure to settle the fees by this day, your account will be transferred to the debt collectors.
If you have settled the fees and think you have received this email in error, please reply back to us with your payment details.
You don’t need to come to the college to make the payment; you can call the college and make the payment over the phone using your Debit/Credit Card.
Or you can use the following bank details of the college and do an online payment. Payments once made, please confirm to ###.
