Respected pastor I have prayer request

Respected pastor I have prayer request for my brother. My brother named sifaat is in prison. He is blamed that he murdered but he didn't done anything. Even he tried to save her. He called ambulance & took her to hospital. Admit her & give his own blood to save her life. But unfortunately she died. Then police arrest him & now he is in prison since 3 & half years. His case is continue and now it's on end. During this time he never waist his time & doing ministial work in prison. He was dedicated as an evenglist before that incident.
He brought many prisoners to the Lord.
Now on 17th January 2017 is his last hearing in session court. Advocates will argue and then judge will decide that he should be punished or will give him freedom.
He have a baby girl four years old.
She want to live with her father.
If God will give him freedom they she can live with her father.
Otherwise her maternal grandparents will snatched her from us.
She lives with her pethernal grandparent on the day she birth.
Now she and we want that she stay with us ( paternal grandparents) & her father.
Please please pray for sifaat's freedom.
God will do everything.
