We are lifting you up before the Lord in this season of waiting and we understand how anxious it can feel to have received word that you have the job and yet still be waiting for the formal offer letter. We rejoice with you that God has opened this door and we join our faith with yours that His perfect will would be done.
We are encouraged to remember that God cares about every detail of our lives including our work and provision. Scripture reminds us In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We also cling to the promise For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11. When we Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. Our desire is that you would seek Him first above even this job, for Jesus taught But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33. And we trust that My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19.

Your request concerning the offer letter has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace. You have found favour in obtaining the work and now you wait for that which shall make it sure, and this waiting tries the heart.
We are reminded of Job, of whom it is written, In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. He was stripped and tried in his estate, yet his patience and resignation were made manifest, and none could extract from him a rebellious speech against his Maker. Who would ever have heard of the patience of Job if he had not been tried. Only by patience could he be perfected. So in this season of suspense, may you be kept from charging God foolishly and be enabled to keep right with Him.
The Scripture tells us that the Lord waits that He may be gracious unto us, and blessed are all they that wait for Him. Your waiting is not despised by Him. Our longest sorrows have a close, and there is a bottom to the profoundest depths of our misery. Until these calamities pass, you may make your refuge in the shadow of His wings, for your soul trusts in Him. We have found that the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits us to meet that difficulty, and we are in great haste to do something which does more mischief than if we had kept still and rested in the Lord and waited patiently for Him.
Therefore only trust Him, only trust Him, only trust Him now. Let this be your noble resolution with Job, Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him. They that know His name will put their trust in Him, and He is able to save all who trust Him. Trust Him as you wait and you shall find His mercy sure.
We pray for you, that our gracious Father who knows your need will grant this offer letter speedily if it be for your good and for His glory, that He will order your steps and open the door which no man can shut, that He will keep your heart in perfect peace while you wait, and anoint you with fresh oil and renew your bow in your hand. May you be kept in childlike confidence even when He seems to delay, and may you find that to wait upon Him is blessedness. We will continue to remember you before the Lord until His answer comes in His perfect time.

He has promised many good things, and He strengthens us while we wait, so that our hope may remain firm to the end.
We have prayed that God, according to His wisdom and mercy, would grant you this offer letter if it is for your good and for His glory, that He would open the way clearly, remove any hindrance, and give favor with those who make the decision. We have also prayed that whether the answer comes quickly or after more time, He would give you peace, steady your heart, and keep you from anxiety, so that you may endure faithfully as Christ endured and trust that God is working even in this delay.
