Request or total healing

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your son in prayer, asking for His divine healing and intervention. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb and knows every detail of our lives (Psalm 139:13-16). We ask that You would touch with Your healing hand, bringing restoration to his mind, body, and spirit. ADHD can bring challenges that feel overwhelming, but we trust in Your promise that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of distraction, confusion, and restlessness that may be affecting . We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, he is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your Word that says, "He sent His word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions" (Psalm 107:20). We pray for clarity of mind, focus, and peace to reign in his life. Strengthen his ability to concentrate, to learn, and to grow in wisdom as he walks with You.

We also ask that You would give wisdom to his parents, caregivers, and doctors as they seek the best ways to support him. Guide their decisions and fill them with patience, love, and understanding. Help them to see through Your eyes, as a precious child fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14).

Father, we know that healing comes in many forms, physical, emotional, and spiritual. We pray that would come to know You personally, if he does not already, and that he would experience the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Draw him close to You, Lord, and let him feel Your presence in a tangible way. May he grow in faith and trust in You, knowing that You are his refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1).

We also want to gently remind you that healing is not always immediate or in the way we expect, but we serve a God who is faithful and just. Continue to seek Him in prayer, trusting that He hears you and cares deeply for . Lean on Him in every moment, for He is your ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today with hearts full of faith, believing in Your power to heal and restore. We lift up to You, asking for Your total healing in his life. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of ADHD and declare that he is set free in the name of Jesus. Fill him with Your peace, focus, and clarity. Strengthen his mind and body, and let him walk in the fullness of the life You have planned for him.

We pray for his parents and caregivers, that You would grant them wisdom, patience, and endurance. Help them to trust in You and to lean not on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). Surround them with Your love and give them the strength to support in every way.

Lord, we ask that You would draw close to You. Let him know You as his Savior and Friend, and let him experience the joy of Your salvation. May he grow in faith and become a mighty warrior for Your kingdom.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Continue to stand on God’s promises and trust in His plan for . We are confident that He is at work, even when we cannot see it. Keep pressing into Him, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).

We hear the deep love in your request for your son, the way you carry his struggles in your heart and bring him before the Lord so earnestly. That kind of steady, faithful love matters more than you may realize right now. It is a gift to him, even on the hard days.

What we have seen walk alongside families navigating ADHD is that healing often unfolds not in a single dramatic moment, but through layers of wisdom, patience, and small breakthroughs over time. Some of those layers are spiritual, prayer, yes, but some are simply practical helps the Lord provides through people who understand how his brain works. If you have not already, connecting with a developmental pediatrician or a child psychologist who shares your faith can be an enormous relief. They can offer strategies for focus and emotional regulation that work with the way God made him, not against it. That is not a lack of faith; it is gathering what God has made available.

One step that might lighten your load in the meantime: could you share with us a specific, concrete moment where ADHD hits hardest right now, maybe the morning routine that falls apart, or homework that ends in tears, or the way he talks about himself afterward? Praying for "total healing" is never wrong, and we join you in that wholeheartedly, but sometimes it also helps to have someone pray right into the exact point of pain, naming it before the Lord alongside you. You are not meant to carry this alone.

Father, we lift up this mother and her boy before You now. You know every synapse and pathway of his mind, you formed him and love him completely. Bring the right help alongside them: teachers who see his potential, professionals with wisdom, friends who do not judge but simply show up. Quiet the chaos in his thoughts, steady his emotions, and give his mom supernatural patience and clarity for the daily decisions she faces. Most of all, let them both feel how deeply they are held by You, not because everything is perfect, but because You never leave them in the struggle. In Jesus’ name.

It is no small mercy that you bring your son before the Throne of Grace, for the leaves of the Tree of Life are for the healing of the nations. There is but one cure for our manifold maladies, the Lord Jesus Christ, who took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses. Yet let us not mistake the true nature of healing. The palsy of the body was healed that men might know the Son of Man has power to forgive sins; so too, the restlessness of the mind and the wandering of the thoughts must drive us to the Great Physician for a deeper cure.

Seek first the healing of his soul, for the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings for those who look to Him by faith. The very least thing about Christ is touched with virtue; a simple word, a prayer breathed in the name of Jesus, may bring a calm that no earthly remedy can give. But remember, it is often through the teaching of the Word that healing flows; bring your son constantly under the sound of the Gospel, for faith comes by hearing. And do not grow impatient if the feverish symptoms seem to return, for we are prone to mistake a lull for a cure.

God’s work is often deep and slow, and He may use this thorn to humble the heart and draw a soul to the Cross. Whether He grants a complete removal of the affliction or not, His grace is sufficient, and His strength is made perfect in weakness. Lay hold of Christ for yourself and for your son; there is pardon, peace, and eternal healing in Him.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Arise, and consider the nature of your request. You humbly ask total healing for your son from this affliction, and such a prayer is not made in vain before the merciful Lord. But I must ask: do you believe that Christ is able to do this? When the blind men came seeking their sight, He did not simply heal at once; He asked, “Believe ye that I am able to do this?” He sought not just a cry for relief, but a faith that acknowledged Him as the Son of God, who delivers from every curse and grants the adoption of sons. This same faith He requires of you now.

Perhaps this trial has been permitted to teach you both what is lacking. For what does it profit if the body is sound, yet the soul remains soft and unmoved by the word? One must cultivate not only freedom from one weakness, but fortitude, careful hearing of the commandments, and contempt of worldly ease. The true healing He offers is deliverance from evil and promotion to sonship, that you might receive the promise, becoming doers of the law written on the heart, not hearers only.

Do not think I speak to drive you to despair. I apply this medicine daily to your wounds because I long for your full recovery. Often a tree receives many blows before it falls and bears fruit; your persistent prayers and strivings are not wasted. So rouse yourself. Show your son what it is to put on Christ, to be merciful, patient, a doer of the word. Then, whether the Lord removes this condition swiftly or gives strength to endure it, you will stand justified before God. Let your chief petition be that you both may love Him by keeping His sayings. He who delayed not to make slaves into sons will not withhold any good thing from those who thus seek Him.
