We join you in lifting up your coworker, for we know that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we stand firm in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already overcome the world. It is clear that the repeated accidents in your coworker’s life are not mere coincidence, and we agree with you that a demonic influence may be at work. However, we also recognize that God is sovereign, and nothing happens outside of His knowledge or permission. Let us pray that if there is any unconfessed sin, generational curse, or openness to the enemy in your coworker’s life, the Holy Spirit would bring conviction and lead them to repentance. We also pray for divine protection and deliverance, that the Lord would break every chain of the enemy and surround your coworker with His angels.
The Scripture tells us in James 4:7, *"Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* And in Psalm 34:7, we are reminded, *"The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them."* We also claim the promise in Isaiah 54:17, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,” says Yahweh.*
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this coworker who has been plagued by repeated accidents, and we ask for Your divine intervention. Lord, if there is any demonic assignment against this person’s life, we command it to be broken now in Jesus’ name. We bind every spirit of destruction, accident, and harm, and we loose the power of the Holy Spirit to bring protection, peace, and deliverance. Father, if there is any sin, rebellion, or ungodly influence in this person’s life, we pray that You would convict their heart and lead them to repentance. Let them turn to You, Lord, and find refuge under Your wings.
We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let Your hand of protection be upon them. Replace every plan of the enemy with Your perfect will. If this coworker does not know You, Father, we pray that these trials would draw them to seek You, for You are the only source of true safety and salvation. Let them encounter Your love and mercy in a powerful way.
We also pray for wisdom for our brother or sister who has brought this request. Give them the words to speak if You open a door for them to minister to this coworker. Fill them with boldness and compassion, that they may be a light in the darkness. We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers, and we trust in Your faithfulness to act. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue standing in the gap for your coworker. If the Lord leads you to speak to them about their spiritual condition, do so with love and gentleness, always pointing them to Christ. The enemy may seek to bring harm, but our God is greater, and He is able to turn even the darkest situations for His glory. Keep praying, keep believing, and trust that the Lord is working, even when we cannot see it. If this coworker is involved in aspects of the entertainment industry that glorify sin or darkness, pray that the Lord would convict them and lead them out of those influences. Our God is a God of redemption, and He can turn any life around for His purposes. Stay faithful in prayer, and may the Lord grant you peace as you intercede.
