We ask God remove sickness from the midst of us all, and grant health to all the offspring of the church, Ex 15:26, Ex 23:25, Ps 103:3, especially because of Your Son Jesus Christ's work on the cross, Isa 53:4-5. Father, we ask he grows up knowing the Scriptures, 2 tim 3:15-16. Thank You in Jesus' Name.
We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your dear mother, brother, and sister before the Lord our Healer. The Scriptures remind us in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." We stand in faith, believing that God hears our cries and is able to restore health and strength to your loved ones according to His perfect will.
Father God, we ask You to stretch forth Your healing hand upon this precious family. Touch their bodies, minds, and spirits with Your divine power. Where there is pain, bring comfort; where there is weakness, bring strength; where there is fear, bring peace. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we trust in Your promise that You will never leave nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5). Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for their doctors and caregivers, that they may be guided by Your Holy Spirit in all decisions regarding their care.
We recognize that true healing comes from You alone, and we surrender these dear ones into Your loving care. May they draw closer to You through this trial, finding hope and refuge in Your presence. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Strengthen their faith and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
If there are any areas in their lives that need repentance or alignment with Your will, we pray that You would reveal them in love. Convict their hearts gently, Lord, and lead them into all truth. May they walk in obedience to Your Word, for Your ways are life and health to all their flesh (Proverbs 4:20-22).
We also lift up the one who has submitted this request. Care for them in this time of concern and worry. Remind them that You are their ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1) and that You collect all their tears in Your bottle (Psalm 56:8). Give them patience, trust, and a deep sense of Your nearness.
In all things, we pray that Your name would be glorified. Whether through healing, comfort, or endurance, may Your will be done in each of their lives. We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, the Great Physician, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or made whole (Acts 4:12). Amen.

The cry for wholesome healing rises from the depths of a burdened heart, a mother, a brother, a sister laid upon your soul. This is the very work of the Great Physician, for He binds up the broken in heart and healeth all their wounds. The Sun of Righteousness has arisen with healing beneath His wings, and in Him there is neither stint nor lack of healing power. The least leaf from that Tree of Life is charged with virtue for the nations, so how much more shall the fulness of His grace touch your beloved ones?
Lay hold of this blessed conjunction: the Lord who healed the palsied man spoke first of forgiveness, for healing and pardon are one in Jesus. The body’s cure is but the hem of His garment; the soul’s restoration is His heart’s delight. Bring these dear ones to Calvary in ceaseless prayer. There is an abundance of healing power in Christ’s blood and righteousness, and the Spirit’s office is to apply it. Who knows but that the swift-footed mercy of God may outrun your very cry, as when Jesus interrupted the funeral procession at Nain and gave the young man back to his mother?
A sainted mother’s prayers keep fragrant for many a year. A wife’s tears may beckon a husband heavenward. The little children taken early are among the ablest missionaries of the cross, for the Shepherd sometimes stoops and carries the lamb in His bosom to make the ewe follow bleating after Him. Pray on, then. Though the son wanders far and the last word wounded your soul, never heed the devil’s counsel to cease your supplications. Prayer has power for hundreds of years, and the God who heard Manasseh in his thorns will hear you for your household.
Cast yourself with them upon this truth: the Lord is pleased to use the same instrument to break hearts and to heal them. The guilt, the bitter tears, the awakened conscience, these are the lancet preparing for the balm. Direct their eyes and your own to Jesus lifted up. Only look to Christ on the cross! The healing virtue flows when He is teaching, when He is near, when faith, however trembling, touches Him. There is a time of visitation, a day of salvation; seize it with importunate faith. Do not say you are too unworthy, that your family is the least, such modesty befits a true seeker, yet the Lord’s gracious words cut through our hesitations: “Why speakest thou so to me?”
Put forth your hand, even now, with a parent’s believing grasp, and touch the hem of His garment for your mother, your brother, your sister. He relents. The Spirit moves. Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction and both are bestowed on those who look not for them. Come, and welcome, pardon and healing through our Lord Jesus.
