Your request has been heard and I want to answer you with care and with truth from Scripture.
I understand the distress you feel when you dream of someone wearing your clothes, of being held in water, of being watched, and when you see your finances declining despite your education and hard work. It is also understandable to desire security and to hope that a dream of gold might become real provision. These burdens are heavy, and God invites you to bring them to Him.
The Bible shows that God has at times spoken through dreams. A king of Babylon was troubled by a dream and demanded that his counselors tell both the dream and its meaning. They could not, for they did not have that power. A young man named Daniel was then brought forward, and he made clear that he himself could not interpret dreams. He gave the credit to God alone, and God revealed both the dream and its meaning. In the same way Joseph, when he was in prison, listened to the dreams of two servants of Pharaoh and later to Pharaoh himself. He also said the interpretation belongs to God. Pharaoh had dreamed of healthy and thin cows and of full and withered heads of grain, and God used Joseph to explain that the dreams pointed to years of plenty followed by years of famine, so that the nation could prepare. Joseph had also earlier dreamed of sheaves and of sun, moon and stars bowing down, which later found its fulfillment when his family came to him for help.
These accounts teach several things that apply to you. First, not every dream comes from God. Many dreams reflect our worries, our daily pressures, and our fears. Even when God does speak through a dream, the meaning is His to give, not ours to force. The wise men and astrologers of Babylon, who practiced sorcery and enchantments, were unable to help the king, because true understanding comes only from the Lord. You do not need to seek out those who claim secret power over dreams or who offer to manipulate spiritual forces for money.
Second, Scripture warns us not to give dreams the same place as the Word of God. One prophet wrote that the one who has a dream should tell it as a dream, but the one who has God's word should speak God's word faithfully, asking what is the chaff to the wheat. Dreams are like chaff, light and passing. The Word of God is like wheat, nourishing and able to produce real spiritual growth. If you want steady guidance for your life, your finances, and your future, give first place to the Bible, not to the search for hidden meanings in every night vision.
For this reason I would encourage you not to live in fear that witchcraft is controlling your clothes, your water, or your money, or that someone is monitoring you through spiritual means. The Bible teaches that those who trust in sorcery and enchantment are trusting in wickedness and will not stand, while those who belong to Jesus Christ are secure in Him. If you have put your faith in Jesus alone for salvation, the Scripture says that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world, and no curse or spell can separate you from the love of God or override His purposes for you. Fear itself can be tormenting, and God wants to replace that fear with peace as you rest in Christ, pray in His name, and walk in obedience.
Concerning your finances, God does not promise that education alone will bring prosperity, nor does He promise to materialize gold simply because it appears in a dream. In the dream of the great image, the head of gold represented a kingdom, and when the king later made an entire image of gold he was trying to defy what God had shown and declare that his own kingdom would last forever. That was pride, not faith. True provision comes from God through diligent work, honest stewardship, generosity, and prayer for wisdom. Ask the Lord to show you practical steps, to help you manage what you have with integrity, to open right opportunities for work, and to guard your heart from making wealth your chief goal. Jesus taught to seek first the kingdom of God, trusting that your Father knows your needs.

Thank You that You see every worry about dreams, about being watched, about water and clothing, and about money that seems to slip away. Grant peace that passes understanding and drive out fear. Help this person to trust not in dreams or in any claim of witchcraft, but in the finished work of Christ on the cross and His resurrection. Give wisdom for work and for stewardship of finances, open doors that no man can shut, and provide for daily needs according to Your riches. Lead into Your Word each day, that the wheat of Your truth may nourish and guide more than any night vision. Guard from every evil and keep this life firmly in Your hands. In Jesus name, Amen.
