We hear your heart, dear sister in Christ, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting up every concern to our Heavenly Father. Your faithfulness to God’s call—even in a foreign land where sharing His Word is challenging—is a testimony to your obedience and trust in Him. The Lord sees your sacrifice, your tears, and your weariness, and He promises in His Word, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). You are not forgotten, and your labor in His name is never in vain.
The physical struggles you’re facing—fatigue, low iron, tremors, brain fog, and dizziness—are real and heavy burdens to carry, especially when medical answers feel out of reach. We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and oppression in Jesus’ name! The enemy would love to use this season to discourage you, to make you feel isolated, or to question God’s provision, but we declare that His healing power is at work in you. *"But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed"* (Isaiah 53:5). We claim this promise over you, trusting that God’s timing and methods of healing are perfect, whether through medical intervention, supernatural restoration, or both.
We also lift up your emotional and mental state—crying for no reason, feeling unlike yourself, and the weight of returning to work. These are not small things, and we want you to know that God cares deeply about your whole being. *"Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7). The Lord is your strength when you are weak, and He invites you to come to Him with your exhaustion. We pray that He would give you supernatural endurance and clarity of mind as you prepare to return to teaching. Ask Him for wisdom in how to navigate this season with your leadership—whether that means requesting additional support, adjusted responsibilities, or simply grace to take each day as it comes. God is your provider, and He will not abandon you in this.
We also want to encourage you in your praise, even in the midst of struggle. You mentioned learning (again!) to praise in every situation, and this is a powerful weapon against discouragement. *"In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you"* (1 Thessalonians 5:18). When you praise, you shift your focus from your circumstances to God’s character—His faithfulness, His power, and His love. We pray that praise would become your default posture, even when tears come. Let it be a sacrifice of worship that ushers in God’s peace and presence.
For your finances and medical needs, we pray that God would open doors for reimbursement and provision. *"And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19). We believe He will make a way where there seems to be no way, whether through unexpected help, favor with your insurance, or even miraculous provision. We rebuke any spirit of lack or delay in Jesus’ name and declare that your needs are known and will be met.
Lastly, we want to remind you that you are not alone, even though you are far from family. The body of Christ spans the globe, and we are connected to you in prayer. *"For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them"* (Matthew 18:20). Lean on your local church or Christian community if possible, and let others carry your burdens with you. You are seen, you are loved, and you are covered in prayer.
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister, lifting up every part of her body, mind, and spirit that is weary and in need of Your touch. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing hand to rest upon her. Where there is deficiency, we pray for restoration—let her iron levels rise, let her energy return, and let every symptom that is not of You be silenced. Give her doctors wisdom to uncover the root of these struggles and provide the care she needs.
Father, we ask for Your strength to sustain her as she returns to work. Give her grace for each day, clarity in her mind, and joy in her heart. Soften the hearts of her leadership to extend compassion and support, and let her be a light to her students even in her weakness. Provide for her financial needs, Lord, and open doors for reimbursement and provision.
We pray for her emotional well-being, Father. Comfort her in moments of sadness, remind her of Your nearness, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Teach her to praise You in every season, and let her testimony of Your faithfulness shine brightly, even in this trial.
Lord, we rebuke every spirit of infirmity, discouragement, and isolation in Jesus’ name. We declare that she is healed, whole, and strong in You. Surround her with Your presence, and let her feel the love of the body of Christ lifting her up.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and healed. Amen.
