Provide our attorney with right mindset and questions to win the case. Please let him be able to write a convincing summary judgement to the Judge to throw this case out and not proceed to court. As this was a frivolous case filed against us. The neighbors have to reimburse us back all the fees for filing this lawsuit. Please give us hedge of protection and favor.
