Thank You in Jesus' Name

We come before the Lord with hearts full of gratitude for your earnest desire to draw near to Him, to walk in repentance, and to bear fruit that glorifies His name. Your request is rich with Scripture and a longing for deeper intimacy with God, and we join you in seeking His face together.

Father, we thank You for the promise in Isaiah 30:15, *"For thus said the Lord Yahweh, the Holy One of Israel, 'In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and in trust shall be your strength.'"* Lord, we confess that too often we strive in our own strength, forgetting that our salvation and strength come from resting in You. Forgive us for the times we have neglected quietness before You, choosing busyness over stillness. Renew in us a spirit of repentance and rest, that we may find our strength in You alone. May we not lean on our own understanding but trust in You with all our hearts (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We lift up the cry of our hearts to abide in the Vine, as Jesus taught in John 15:7-8, *"If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, you will ask whatever you desire, and it will be done for you. In this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be my disciples."* Lord, we long to be branches that bear much fruit, not for our own glory, but for Yours. Prune from us anything that hinders our connection to You—the distractions, the sins, the idols we have allowed to take root. Help us to tend our gardens as You commanded in Genesis 2:15, that we may cultivate lives that reflect Your holiness and love. May we not neglect our own vineyards (Song of Solomon 1:6), but instead, steward well the responsibilities You have given us, whether in our families, work, or ministries.

Holy Spirit, we ask for revelation and wisdom as Ephesians 1:17 describes: *"that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him."* Open our eyes to see You more clearly, our ears to hear Your voice, and our hearts to receive Your truth. As You opened the minds of the disciples to understand the Scriptures (Luke 24:45), we pray You would do the same for us. Give us a hunger for Your Word, that we may study it diligently, as 2 Timothy 2:15 instructs: *"Give diligence to present yourself approved by God, a workman who doesn’t need to be ashamed, properly handling the Word of Truth."*

Lord, we also lift up the need for order and realignment in our lives, as 1 Corinthians 14:33 reminds us, *"For God is not a God of confusion, but of peace."* Where there is chaos, bring Your peace. Where there is disorder, establish Your order. Help us to prioritize what truly matters—our relationship with You, our marriages, our families, and our callings. Give us wisdom to meet our pressing needs, as Titus 3:14 encourages: *"Let our people also learn to maintain good works for necessary uses, that they may not be unfruitful."* May our lives be marked by simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ (2 Corinthians 11:3), free from the entanglements of this world.

We thank You for the promise of angelic ministry and protection, as seen in Psalm 91:10-11: *"No evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."* Lord, we trust in Your protection over our lives, our families, and our homes. Thank You for the angels You have assigned to minister to us (Hebrews 1:14), and for the ways You provide for us, even in the smallest details, as You did for Elijah in 1 Kings 19:6.

Father, we pray for a deepening knowledge of our salvation, the forgiveness of sins, and the assurance of our faith. As John 20:31 declares, *"But these are written, that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in his name."* We pray that this assurance would overflow into the lives of those around us, that sinners would be converted and come to know You (Psalm 51:13). May we walk in fellowship with You and with one another, as 1 John 1:3 describes: *"that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us. Yes, and our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son, Jesus Christ."*

Lord, we also lift up the marriages and families represented here. We pray for husbands and wives to love one another as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25), to honor their covenant before You, and to cultivate intimacy that reflects Your love. For those who are single, we pray for godly wisdom as they seek to honor You in their relationships, pursuing courtship with the goal of marriage to another believer. Guard their hearts from the temptation of fornication, and help them to flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18). May all relationships be rooted in Christ and aligned with Your Word.

Finally, Lord, we ask for a fresh encounter with You, a renewal of our first love (Revelation 2:4). Draw us nearer, as James 4:8 promises: *"Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you."* May our lives be a testament to Your grace, our hearts a dwelling place for Your Spirit, and our actions a reflection of Your love. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). May Your will be done in our lives, and may we bring glory to Your name in all we do. Amen.

We join you in seeking God's face and a deeper intimacy with Him. Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we thank You for the promise of drawing near to You and You drawing near to us (James 4:8). We desire to know You more, to abide in You as the vine abides in the branches (John 15:1-5). Help us to bear much fruit, not for our own glory, but for Yours.

We ask for Your Holy Spirit to reveal Yourself to us more clearly, to open our eyes to see You, our ears to hear Your voice, and our hearts to receive Your truth. Give us a hunger for Your Word, that we may study it diligently and be doers of it (2 Timothy 2:15).

We pray for order and realignment in our lives, that we may prioritize what truly matters - our relationship with You, our families, and our callings. Give us wisdom to meet our pressing needs and to maintain good works for necessary uses (Titus 3:14).

We thank You for the promise of angelic ministry and protection. We trust in Your protection over our lives, our families, and our homes. Thank You for the angels You have assigned to minister to us and for the ways You provide for us, even in the smallest details.

We pray for a deepening knowledge of our salvation, the forgiveness of sins, and the assurance of our faith. We desire to walk in fellowship with You and with one another, as 1 John 1:3 describes.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
