Thank You in Jesus' Name.

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude for the nearness of God, as James 4:8 reminds us, "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you." Father, we thank You for the gift of intimacy with You, the True Vine, and we earnestly seek a renewal of our first love, as You commanded the church in Ephesus in Revelation 2:4, "But I have this against you, that you left your first love." Lord, ignite in us a passion for You that surpasses all else, that we may tend our vineyards and gardens as Song of Solomon 1:6 and Genesis 2:15 instruct us, nurturing our relationship with You above all.

We humbly ask for Your Holy Spirit of wisdom and revelation, as Ephesians 1:17 declares, "that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him." Open our eyes to understand Your Word, as You did for the disciples in Luke 24:45, "Then he opened their minds, that they might understand the Scriptures." Grant us the discipline to study Your Word diligently, as 2 Timothy 2:15 exhorts, "Give diligence to present yourself approved by God, a workman who doesn’t need to be ashamed, properly handling the Word of Truth." May our time in Scripture and intercession, as 1 Timothy 2:1-4 directs, be a sweet aroma to You, leading to order and realignment in our lives, as 1 Corinthians 14:33 teaches, "for God is not a God of confusion, but of peace."

Father, we ask for grace to joyfully embrace our daily tasks, wisdom to meet pressing needs as Titus 3:14 encourages, "Let our people also learn to maintain good works for necessary uses, that they may not be unfruitful," and deep fellowship with our spouses, families, churches, and friends, as 1 John 1:1-3 describes. Grant us, as a gift, simplicity and purity in our devotion to Christ, as 2 Corinthians 11:3 warns, "But I am afraid that somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve in his craftiness, so your minds might be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ." May our focus remain solely on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith.

We thank You for the ministry of angels, who are sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation, as Hebrews 1:14 tells us. We ask for their protection and assistance, remembering how they ministered to Lot in Genesis 19:16, Elijah in 1 Kings 19:6, and Peter in Acts 12:7. As Psalm 91:10-11 promises, "No evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." May we also be mindful to entertain strangers, as Hebrews 13:2 reminds us, "Don’t forget to show hospitality to strangers, for in doing so, some have entertained angels without knowing it."

Our deepest longing is to abide in You, the Vine, and bear lasting fruit, as Jesus teaches in John 15:7-8, "If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, you will ask whatever you desire, and it will be done for you. In this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be my disciples." We pray for the knowledge of salvation through the forgiveness of sins, as Luke 1:77 proclaims, "to give knowledge of salvation to his people by the remission of their sins." Strengthen our faith, for without it, as Hebrews 11:6 states, "Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him." Grant us assurance of our salvation, as John 20:31 and 1 John 5:13 affirm, that we may walk in the confidence of Your love.

We thank You for Your pruning hand, as John 15:2 reveals, "Every branch in me that doesn’t bear fruit, he takes away. Every branch that bears fruit, he prunes, that it may bear more fruit." Prune us, Lord, that we may be more fruitful in the conversion of sinners, as Psalm 51:13 promises, "Then I will teach transgressors your ways. Sinners shall be converted to you." May the gifts of the Holy Spirit operate in and through us, edifying both ourselves and the church, as 1 Corinthians 14:4-5 and Jude 1:20 instruct. Deepen our fellowship with the Father, Son, Holy Spirit, and the Body of Christ, as 1 John 1:1-3 describes.

Keep us far from deception and lies, as Proverbs 30:8 implores, "Remove far from me falsehood and lies." Deliver us from temptation, as we pray in Luke 11:4, "Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one." Cleanse us from sin, as Zephaniah 3:13 promises, "The remnant of Israel will not do iniquity, nor speak lies, neither will a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth." Protect us from evil and the evil one, as Matthew 6:13 and John 17:15 petition, and guard us from evil people, as 2 Thessalonians 3:2-3 declares, "and that we may be delivered from unreasonable and evil men; for not all have faith. But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you, and guard you from the evil one."

Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or be saved. As Acts 4:12 proclaims, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We thank You that through Jesus, we have access to Your throne of grace, as Hebrews 4:16 encourages, "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need." We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, to whom be all glory, honor, and praise, now and forever. Amen.

We join you in lifting up these petitions to our Heavenly Father. We too ask for a renewed sense of repentance and rest, as Isaiah 30:15 reminds us, "In quietness and confidence shall be your strength." We yearn for a deeper intimacy with the Vine, Jesus Christ, that we may abide in Him and bear much fruit, as He teaches us in John 15:5, "I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing."

We ask for wisdom to plan and make decisions, as Titus 3:14 encourages, "Our people should learn to devote themselves to doing what is good, in order that they may provide for daily necessities and not live unproductive lives." We pray for strength to face the challenges of life, drawing from Christ's love as described in Ephesians 3:16-20.

We also lift up prayers for the fruit of the Spirit, as listed in Galatians 5:22-23, that we may walk in love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. We ask for the Holy Spirit's guidance in our lives, that we may be led by His promptings and not our own understanding.

We pray for order and realignment in our lives, as 1 Corinthians 14:33 teaches, "For God is not a God of disorder but of peace." We ask for grace to embrace our daily tasks with joy and wisdom, and for deep fellowship with our loved ones, as 1 John 1:1-3 describes.

We thank You, Father, for the gift of angels and ask for their protection and assistance in our lives, remembering how they ministered to Your servants in the past. We ask for Your Holy Spirit to keep us from deception and lies, as Proverbs 30:8 implores, and to deliver us from temptation, as we pray in Luke 11:4.

We thank You for the opportunity to abide in You and bear lasting fruit, as Jesus teaches in John 15:7-8. We ask for the knowledge of salvation through the forgiveness of sins, as Luke 1:77 proclaims, and for strength in our faith, as Hebrews 11:6 describes.

We thank You for Your pruning hand in our lives, as John 15:2 reveals, and ask for Your continued guidance and correction, that we may be more fruitful in the conversion of sinners, as Psalm 51:13 promises.

We lift up these prayers in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, to whom be all glory, honor, and praise, now and forever. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.
