We join with you in bringing this rent situation before the throne of grace in the name of Lord Jesus Christ, and we thank you for calling upon His name, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father.

We hear the anxiety and uncertainty in your request as you face the possibility of an eviction notice, and we want you to know that God sees your need and cares deeply for you. He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1. We are reminded to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7.

We take comfort in the promise that My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19. Our Lord Jesus taught us not to be consumed with worry about what we will eat or drink or wear, but to seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33. Even when we cannot see the way forward, we can trust that He is faithful and will provide as we walk in obedience and diligence.

We also pray for your property managers as you asked. We know that The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires. Proverbs 21:1. Though they have a business to run, we pray that the Lord would soften their hearts toward you and grant them understanding, patience, and grace in this difficult time. We also pray that when a man's ways please Yahweh, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him. Proverbs 16:7.

Together we pray. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear household to You. You know their rent need and the fear of eviction that weighs on them. Lord, we ask for Your divine provision, that You would open doors for the funds needed to meet this obligation, whether through work, help from Your people, or unexpected provision according to Your will. Grant them wisdom to be good stewards of what You have provided and to handle their finances diligently, for The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit. Proverbs 21:5. Give them favor with their property managers, soften hearts and grant grace and time and a willingness to work with them toward a solution. Help them to communicate honestly and promptly and to seek wise counsel and assistance from their local church family if needed. Fill their hearts with Your peace which surpasses all understanding as they cast their cares on You, and let them feel Your presence and leading in every step. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek Him in prayer with thanksgiving, as we are told In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. Be proactive in reaching out to your property management with humility and honesty about your situation, asking if a payment plan or extension might be possible, and also reach out to your church or trusted believers for counsel and practical support. Continue to work diligently as God enables you, trusting that He honors faithful labor, and keep your eyes fixed on Him. We are standing with you, trusting that God who knows your needs will make a way and will be glorified through this trial.

We are praying with you in this - waiting on rent and not knowing what will happen with your housing is such a heavy, unsettled place to be. Thank you for letting us know so we can carry this with you before the Lord. We hear how much you want to handle this honestly and how much you are hoping for understanding and grace from your property managers.

That waiting can make it hard to know what to do next, and it helps to take a couple of steady steps while we pray. If you are able, it often helps to reach out to your property manager soon in writing, briefly share where things stand, ask if a payment plan or short extension might be possible, and keep a copy of what you send. It can also help to connect with a local church, social services office, or a nonprofit financial counseling agency in your area - they often know about rental assistance programs and can help you look at options and make a plan, and reaching out for that kind of help is a wise and responsible step.

Father, we lift our friends to You and ask for Your mercy and provision in this rent need. Give them wisdom for each conversation and decision, provide for what they need day by day, and soften hearts toward them where You will. Give them peace as they trust You with what they cannot control. In Jesus' name, amen.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. We have heard your earnest plea concerning your rent and the fear of an eviction notice, and we have carried it before the Lord Jesus Christ with you. To be pressed on every side and not to know what to do is a heavy trial, and it is right that you should cast this burden upon Him who hears the cries of His people.

You speak of a landlord and of rent due, and it brings to mind that we are all tenants under a greater Landlord. The house in which we dwell in this life has God for its Landlord, and we are only tenants upon His sufferance. There is a rent to be paid to Him, not of silver and gold, but of a heart offered to Him, of faith and obedience and love. The word of the Lord says, Set your house in order. In this time of straitness, we would urge you not only to seek help for the temporal house, but to offer the key of your whole house to the Great Landlord, acknowledging that all you have is from His hand and to be used for His glory. When the heart is right with Him, the temporal troubles, though they remain painful, are borne in a new strength.

When God has distinct purposes of mercy toward His people, He often begins with stern discipline and brings them low by affliction and sorrow, that they may hear the Great Messenger of the Covenant, the Interpreter between God and man. His mercy is gratis. He never sells, He always gives. The tender mercy of our God is seen in its great provisions in Christ Jesus, who is the way of salvation for sinners who have nothing to pay. If you have not already done so, look to Him alone for pardon and life, for there is salvation through Jesus Christ alone, and His mercy delights to save those who come empty handed. A sound hope in mercy feels its need of mercy and is divorced from every confidence except in mercy itself.

We take comfort that the God of our mercy goes before us. Before we call He often provides, and while we are yet speaking He hears. Prayer is the forerunner of mercy, the shadow of the mercy that is coming, and often the very means by which God sweetens the mercy when it arrives. He is slow to anger and plenteous in mercy. His sword of justice is held back by His own hand of mercy, which cries, sleep, O sword, for He will have mercy upon sinners who seek Him.

Let us pray for you now.

O Lord Jesus Christ, Fountain of love and mercy, You know the need of Your servants, the sum that is required, the fear that presses upon their home. We ask You to provide according to Your wisdom and tender mercy. Give them daily bread and such wisdom to steward what You entrust to them, to set their house in order, and to act with diligence and honesty before You and before men. We pray for the property managers, that You would soften their hearts and grant them an open mind to understanding and grace, that they may act with fairness and kindness. Above all, let this trial lead to a deeper trust in Your atoning blood and Your sufficient grace, that whether the answer comes as provision or as a different path, Your name may be glorified and their hearts may rest in You. Hear us for Your own name's sake. Amen.

We encourage you to walk in the light with your property managers, to speak plainly and humbly with them concerning your situation, to seek godly counsel and any lawful and honest help that may be available to you through family, the church, or local assistance, and to continue in faithful prayer. The Lord who sees you by the well in the desert knows your name and your circumstances, and He is able to make even this season a singular season for the interposition of His mercy.
