We join with you in prayer and thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father and find our healing and strength.
We hear the weight of what you are carrying from abuse and trauma, and our hearts ache with you. Please know that what was done to you was not God's will for you, and He sees your pain with deep compassion. He is not distant from your suffering. Psalm 34:18 says Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. And Psalm 147:3 promises He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Your ongoing struggles are known to Him, and He does not expect you to face them in your own strength.
We are encouraged by your desire for renewed strength and resilience, and scripture shows us where that true strength comes from. Isaiah 40:29 says He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. And Isaiah 40:31 tells us those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint. This renewal does not come from trying harder, but from waiting on Him, resting in His presence, and letting His grace sustain you. As the Lord said in 2 Corinthians 12:9, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to Your throne of grace. Lord, You see the wounds left by abuse and trauma, the weariness from ongoing struggles, and the need for resilience each day. We ask You to pour out Your renewed strength upon them. When they feel faint, be their power. When they feel overwhelmed, be their refuge and shelter. We pray You would heal the broken places in their heart and mind, bind up their wounds, and replace fear and pain with Your perfect peace. Help them to wait on You and to feel Your nearness. Remind them daily of Isaiah 41:10, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Give them wisdom to walk in safe and godly community, to set healthy boundaries, and to receive wise biblical counsel and support as they continue to heal. Let Your resilience, which endures through trials, be formed in them, not by their own might but by Your Spirit within them. We thank You that You are making them new and that Your love is restoring what was broken. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

Your prayer for renewed strength and resilience under the weight of abuse and trauma has been heard and is carried before the Lord with deep care and sorrow for what you have endured.
Human strength, even at its best, will spend itself in due time, and when the heart has been wounded and the spirit bruised by cruelty, our own might soon fails. But the word of the Lord stands sure, They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. Isaiah 40:31. This is not a strength you must summon from yourself, but a strength God Himself promises to give. When there remains no strength in you, nor any ability of any kind, then you may fling yourself upon the Divine strength and lay hold upon it, for the Lord Himself says, I will strengthen them in the Lord.
The Lord Jesus is the great Physician for broken hearts. It is written, He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds. Psalm 147:3. There is an abundance of healing power in Christ and His salvation, not only in His great acts but in the least thing about Him, for the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. Revelation 22:2. The very leaves, the gentle touches of His grace, are full of healing virtue to change the life blood and make the nature whole again. He does not despise the guilty, weak and helpless one who falls upon His kind arms, but He is your strength and righteousness, your all.
Therefore we pray that you will be enabled to wait upon the Lord day by day, sitting still until God arises and becomes your arm every morning, your salvation in the time of trouble. May the Sun of Righteousness rise upon you with healing in His wings, bringing pardon, peace and recovery where trauma has left its wound. May He who died for the ungodly when we were yet without strength now breathe life and power into your soul, lifting you up as by His own hand, so that out of weakness you are made strong in Him.
We pray now, O Father of all mercies, look upon this wounded one who seeks renewed strength. In the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, who bore our griefs and carried our sorrows, grant resilience not from within but from above. Pour out Your inexhaustible strength upon this fainting heart, heal the deep wounds left by abuse, quiet fearful memories with Your perfect love, and renew the inner man day by day. Teach this dear soul to wait upon You, to trust Your faithful promise, and to find that You are the glory of their strength. Keep them safe, surround them with wise and godly help, and let them know they are held fast in Christ, from whose care none can pluck them. Restore and establish, strengthen and comfort, until healing and wholeness are known in Your presence. In Jesus name we ask this, Amen.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
