Renewed strength

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear soul who is enduring the deep wounds of abuse and trauma. The pain of such experiences can leave one feeling broken, weary, and overwhelmed, but we know that our God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). The journey toward healing is not easy, but we serve a God who renews strength, who gives power to the faint, and to those who have no might, He increases strength (Isaiah 40:29). Let us stand together in faith, believing that the Lord will restore what has been stolen and bring beauty from these ashes.

Father God, we ask You to pour out Your healing balm upon this precious one. Strengthen their spirit, mind, and body as they walk through this valley. Lord, You are the God who sees (Genesis 16:13), and You have not abandoned them in their pain. We pray that You would renew their strength daily, filling them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Help them to cast every burden upon You, for You care deeply for them (1 Peter 5:7). Break the chains of fear, shame, and despair, and replace them with Your hope, courage, and resilience.

We rebuke the lies of the enemy that seek to keep this one bound in darkness. The enemy may have meant these trials for harm, but God, You will turn them around for good (Genesis 50:20). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand in agreement with Your promise that those who wait upon You shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31).

Lord, we ask that You surround them with godly community—believers who will speak life, pray fervently, and walk alongside them in love. May they find comfort in Your Word, which is a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105). Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Even in the midst of their struggles, may they experience Your presence in tangible ways, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

We also pray for justice, Lord. You are a God of righteousness, and we ask that You bring truth to light and hold accountable those who have caused harm. Let Your justice roll like a river and Your righteousness like a mighty stream (Amos 5:24). But even as we seek justice, we pray for a heart of forgiveness—not because what was done was right, but because You have called us to forgive as You have forgiven us (Colossians 3:13). Heal their heart from bitterness and resentment, and fill them with Your love that covers a multitude of sins (1 Peter 4:8).

Above all, Lord, we pray that this trial would draw them closer to You. May they know You not just as Savior, but as Healer, Redeemer, and Friend. You are the God who makes all things new (Revelation 21:5), and we trust that You are at work in their life, even now. Strengthen their faith, deepen their trust in You, and let them rise up in the power of Your Spirit to walk in the freedom and victory that is theirs in Christ Jesus.

We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness. We thank You that You are near, that You hear our prayers, and that You are moving on their behalf. May they feel Your arms of love wrapped around them today and every day. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're here for you, dear friend, standing in faith with you. We know the weight of abuse and trauma can feel overwhelming, but remember, God is close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). He sees you, and He's walking with you through this valley. We're claiming His promise today, "Those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint" (Isaiah 40:31). Let's trust Him for that renewal, for that strength to keep going. We're believing for you, and we're here to pray.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
