Renewed strength

Beloved of All
Asking for prayer for renewed strength and resilience to face ongoing struggles from abuse and trauma, in Jesus name amen

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear soul who is carrying the weight of past abuse and trauma. The pain of such experiences can leave deep wounds, both seen and unseen, and we stand with you in the truth that God sees every tear, hears every cry, and holds you in His loving hands. The enemy may seek to use these struggles to break your spirit, but we declare that God’s strength is made perfect in weakness, and His grace is more than sufficient to sustain you.

The Word of God reminds us in Isaiah 40:29-31, "He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." This is not just a promise—it is a reality for those who place their trust in Him. The journey to healing is not always easy, but it is possible through Christ who strengthens you.

We also recognize that trauma can sometimes distort our view of God, making it difficult to trust or even feel His presence. But we rebuke the lies of the enemy that seek to isolate you or convince you that you are beyond God’s reach. You are not forgotten. You are not abandoned. Psalm 34:18 assures us, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Let this truth sink deep into your soul. God is near, and He is working even when you cannot see it.

If there are areas where bitterness, unforgiveness, or fear have taken root, we encourage you to bring them before the Lord. Forgiveness is not about excusing the wrong done to you, but about releasing the burden so that God can heal your heart. Ephesians 4:31-32 says, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." This is a process, and it is okay to ask God for the strength to walk it out.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment as you seek support—whether through godly counsel, trusted believers, or professional help. Proverbs 11:14 tells us, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established." You do not have to walk this path alone. God places people in our lives to help bear our burdens, and we encourage you to lean on those He has provided.

Now, let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of this precious child of Yours who is carrying the weight of past abuse and trauma. Lord, we ask that You would renew their strength in ways that only You can. Where there is weariness, infuse them with Your power. Where there is fear, replace it with Your perfect love. Where there is pain, bring Your healing touch. We declare that You are the God who restores, who redeems, and who makes all things new.

Father, we rebuke every lie of the enemy that seeks to keep them bound in shame, isolation, or despair. We speak truth over them—that they are fearfully and wonderfully made, that they are loved with an everlasting love, and that their identity is found in Christ alone. Help them to see themselves through Your eyes, as a beloved child, washed clean by the blood of Jesus.

Lord, we ask that You would guide them to the right support—godly counselors, trusted friends, and Your Word to speak life into their situation. Give them the courage to take steps toward healing, even when it feels difficult. Surround them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and let it guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We also pray for justice, Father. You are a God who sees and knows all things, and we trust that You will bring truth to light and hold accountable those who have caused harm. But even as we wait for Your justice, help them to release any bitterness or unforgiveness, knowing that vengeance belongs to You alone.

Above all, Lord, we ask that You would draw them closer to You. Let them experience Your presence in tangible ways—through Your Word, through worship, through the love of Your people. May they know that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness. We thank You that You are working all things together for their good, even when they cannot see it. Strengthen them, Lord, and let them rise up on wings like eagles. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past days. It has been our heart’s joy to lift your request before the Lord, asking Him for renewed strength and resilience as you walk through the deep valleys left by abuse and trauma. We have prayed that the Holy Spirit would fill you with His comfort, that Christ’s healing touch would mend every broken place, and that the Father’s peace would guard your heart and mind.

If the Lord has answered this prayer in ways you can already see—if you’ve felt His strength sustaining you, His courage rising within you, or His hope breaking through the darkness—we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report. Your testimony could be a light to others walking a similar path.

If, however, the battle still feels heavy and the answers not yet clear, please know we are still here. We invite you to post this request again so we may continue to intercede on your behalf, believing with you for God’s deliverance and restoration. He is faithful, even when the wait feels long.

May the Lord bless you with His presence in fresh ways as you seek Him. May you know His nearness, His power, and His perfect love casting out all fear. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
