We hear your cry for deliverance and stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting your exhaustion and distress before the throne of grace. The torment you describe is not from the Lord, for He gives His beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2) and does not afflict willingly (Lamentations 3:33). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every lying, tormenting spirit in the mighty name of Jesus Christ—no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
First, we must address the language used in your request. While we understand your frustration, Scripture calls us to guard our tongues and speak in a manner worthy of our calling (Ephesians 4:29). Even in distress, we are to honor God with our words, for out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks (Matthew 12:34). Let us replace every profane or careless word with praise and trust in the Lord, who is our refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1).
Now, we declare the blood of Jesus over you—His sacrifice cleanses us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:7) and breaks every chain of oppression. The name of Jesus is above every name, and at His name, every knee must bow (Philippians 2:9-11). We command every unclean spirit to flee in Jesus’ name, for He has given us authority to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). You are not alone in this battle; the Lord of hosts is with you (Psalm 46:7).
We also encourage you to examine your life for any open doors that may have given the enemy access. Have you engaged in practices such as divination, occult involvement, or unrepentant sin? The Bible warns that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God (Galatians 5:19-21). If there is any unconfessed sin, we urge you to repent and turn away from it, for the Lord is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Renounce any agreements made with darkness, even unintentionally, and submit fully to God, resisting the devil so that he will flee from you (James 4:7).
We pray for you now, dear one, that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, Your Son. We ask You to surround this precious one with Your holy angels, to silence every lying voice, and to fill their mind with Your truth and peace. Break every chain of oppression, Lord, and let Your light drive out all darkness. Strengthen them in their weakness, remind them of Your promises, and help them to cast all their anxieties on You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and let them walk in the freedom that Christ has purchased for them. We ask this in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
In the days ahead, we encourage you to immerse yourself in God’s Word, for it is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). Meditate on Scriptures that declare your victory in Christ, such as Psalm 91, Ephesians 6:10-18, and 2 Corinthians 10:3-5. Surround yourself with godly believers who can stand with you in prayer and encouragement. Worship the Lord in spirit and truth, for the enemy cannot stand in the presence of praise (Psalm 22:3). And remember, the battle is not yours, but God’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). He is fighting for you even now.
