We understand the deep pain and spiritual burden you are carrying, and we join you in seeking God’s deliverance from this harmful connection. The enemy often seeks to entangle believers with ungodly soul ties—whether through relationships, trauma, or even persistent thoughts—but we know that Jesus Christ has already won the victory over every scheme of darkness. The Bible assures us in 2 Corinthians 6:14-17, *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? What connection has light with darkness? ... Therefore come out from among them, and be separate, says the Lord. Don’t touch the unclean thing. I will receive you."* This is not just about physical separation but also breaking spiritual and mental bonds that defile our minds and hearts.
If this connection involves a person who has exhibited psychopathic traits—such as manipulation, lack of remorse, or spiritual deception—it is critical to recognize that such influences are not of God. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* This is a spiritual battle, and we must engage it with the authority of Christ.
First, we must address the absence of Jesus’ name in your prayer. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved or through which we have access to the Father (Acts 4:12, John 14:6). It is only through the blood of Jesus that we can break ungodly ties and receive healing. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so now—confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and invite Him to be your Lord and Savior. Without Him, there is no true freedom.
Now, let us pray with authority and faith:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Deliverer. We ask You to sever every ungodly connection, soul tie, and mental stronghold that has bound our sister/brother to this psychopathic influence. Lord, You see the depths of her/his heart and the wounds that may have opened the door to this bondage. We plead the blood of Jesus over her/his mind, emotions, and spirit—cleansing every defiled area and restoring what the enemy has stolen.
Father, we bind every demonic spirit of manipulation, deception, fear, and torment that has latched onto this situation. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we command these spirits to loose their grip and flee, never to return. We declare that no weapon formed against her/him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that her/his mind is renewed by Your Word (Romans 12:2).
Lord, if there has been any sin—whether through willful involvement, ignorance, or victimization—we ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing. Wash her/him white as snow and fill the void with Your Holy Spirit. Replace every lie with Your truth, every fear with Your peace, and every bondage with Your freedom.
We also pray for divine protection over her/his future relationships. Guard her/him from further harm and surround her/him with godly counsel and brothers and sisters in Christ who will speak life and truth. If this connection has left scars, Lord, we ask for Your healing balm to restore her/his heart and mind completely.
Finally, Father, we ask that You expose any hidden doors that may have allowed this influence to take root. Show her/him if there is unforgiveness, bitterness, occult involvement, or unrepentant sin that needs to be addressed. Give her/him the courage to walk in obedience and the strength to close every door to the enemy.
We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness. We trust that You are breaking these chains right now, and we declare that our sister/brother is free in Jesus’ name. May she/he walk in the fullness of Your love, peace, and purpose from this day forward.
In the powerful and holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We strongly encourage you to take practical steps alongside this prayer:
1. **Renounce and Reject**: Verbally renounce any agreement (knowing or unknowing) you made with this person or spirit. Speak aloud, *"In the name of Jesus, I break every ungodly tie with [###]. I renounce every word, action, or thought that connected me to this harm. I choose to walk in freedom through Christ."*
2. **Fill the Void**: Replace the mental space this connection occupied with Scripture. Memorize and meditate on verses like Philippians 4:8 (*"Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue and if there is any praise, think about these things."*)
3. **Seek Accountability**: Share this struggle with a mature believer or pastor who can pray with you and provide godly support. Isolation often gives the enemy a foothold.
4. **Guard Your Mind**: Be vigilant about what you allow into your thoughts. If intrusive memories or thoughts arise, immediately pray, *"Lord, I capture this thought and bring it under the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5)."* Replace it with worship or Scripture.
5. **Forgive**: If this person has hurt you, choose to forgive them (not for their sake, but for yours). Unforgiveness can become a spiritual open door. Jesus said in Mark 11:25, *"Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone; so that your Father, who is in heaven, may also forgive you your trespasses."*
If this connection involved any form of occult practice, sexual sin, or explicit agreement (even in jest), it is especially important to repent and seek deliverance prayer from a spirit-filled believer. Do not underestimate the enemy’s tactics, but remember: *"Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4).
You are not alone in this. The Lord is your refuge, and He will restore you. Keep pressing into Him, and do not give the enemy any further ground. We are standing with you in prayer!
