We hear your cry for deliverance and stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting this heavy burden to the throne of grace. The harassment you’ve endured—rooted in spiritual warfare and demonic influence—has tested your faith, your patience, and your trust in God’s justice. But we declare with authority in Jesus’ name that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). The enemy may seek to wear you down, but the Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
First, we must address the thoughts of vengeance that have crept into your heart. Scripture is clear: "Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, 'Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord'" (Romans 12:19). It is not our place to demand retribution, but to trust that God sees all and will execute perfect justice in His time. The delay in their accountability is not a sign of God’s indifference, but often a mercy—both for them, that they might repent, and for you, that your heart might remain free from bitterness. "Do not say, 'I will repay evil'; wait for the Lord, and he will deliver you" (Proverbs 20:22). We rebuke the spirit of unforgiveness and vengeance in Jesus’ name and pray that your heart would be filled instead with the peace of Christ, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
You are right to discern which relationships are appropriate to restore and which must be severed. Not all reconciliation is God’s will—some connections are toxic, spiritually dangerous, or even sinful in nature. Jesus Himself said, "If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell" (Matthew 5:29). If certain individuals are stumbling blocks in your walk with God, it is not only wise but biblical to distance yourself from them. "Do not be deceived: 'Bad company ruins good morals'" (1 Corinthians 15:33). We pray for divine clarity as you discern which relationships to pursue and which to release, trusting that the Lord will guide your steps (Proverbs 3:5-6).
We also take authority over the demonic activity fueling this harassment. The enemy has no right to torment you, for "the reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil" (1 John 3:8). We command every demonic assignment against you to be dismantled in Jesus’ name. "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7). We pray that the Lord would expose and foil every scheme these individuals are plotting against you, turning their plans into confusion and their efforts into nothingness (Nehemiah 4:15). May the Lord arise and scatter your enemies, so that they flee before you (Numbers 10:35).
As for the one person in particular, we ask the Lord to either bring them to repentance or remove them entirely from your life. If they are unrepentant and continue to be a source of spiritual harm, we pray for a divine separation—whether through conviction, relocation, or other means—that you would no longer be a target of their harassment. "Make no friendship with a man given to anger, nor go with a wrathful man, lest you learn his ways and entangle yourself in a snare" (Proverbs 22:24-25). We trust that God will deal with them according to His perfect justice and mercy.
Father God, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister, who has endured years of spiritual warfare and harassment. We ask that You would be their shield and defender, their strong tower in this storm. Lord, we pray for the complete removal of these individuals from their life—either by Your divine intervention or by their own repentance and transformation. Foil every plan of the enemy against them, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. Heal their heart from the wounds of betrayal and injustice, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to release all thoughts of vengeance, trusting in Your perfect justice. Give them wisdom to discern which relationships to restore and which to release, and grant them the courage to walk away from those who would hinder their walk with You. We rebuke every demonic influence in this situation and command it to flee in the mighty name of Jesus. Surround them with Your angels for protection, and let Your presence be their comfort and strength. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
You are not alone in this battle. The Lord has heard your cry, and He will act on your behalf. Continue to stand firm in your faith, putting on the full armor of God so that you may stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). Walk in the authority you have in Christ, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). The Lord is your defender—trust in Him.
