Father God, I praise You for who You are and what You are. On this day of remembrance, I pray for Your loving comfort and enduring peace. May You be with each person touched with grief and sadness over the losses of this monumental day - a day that changed the way we look at our world forever. Especially comfort the families and friends of those lost at the Twin Towers, the Pentagon, and in Pennsylvania - the first responders who gave their lives striving to protect others. May all those left behind know they are not alone, and that their losses were not in vain. I pray that You received each soul and protect it by Your grace. Give us a keen appreciation of how blessed we are to live in this country, enjoy the liberties and freedoms that so many have given their lives for. I pray for Your continued protection over this land and its people...draw us closer to You and guide us in Your chosen pathways. In the name of the One who gave His life for my spiritual freedom, I pray, giving thanks for Your comfort, peace and mercy. Amen.

Dear Lord,

Please comfort those who mourn the loss of loved ones due to the horror that took place on Sept 11, 2001. Bring justice to those who caused or allowed this evil. Bring peace to the families of those who performed heroic service on this day eight years ago and are ill or even dead today because of it. Let truth prevail.

I also ask for special protection of those who go out today to call for a new investigation, for answers to the many questions that have not been answered. Surround them with Your mighty angels. Allow them to assemble peacefully. Thwart any efforts by the enemy to harm them or silence them or prevent the truth from seeing daylight.

May the people of this nation wake up and repent of evil and apathy. Lord you have been so merciful and patient but there will be an end to your longsuffering and it will not be pretty. Please let you Holy Spirit move in Christians today and bring us to prayer and to surrender to Your will in our lives. One person at a time, one family at a time, we can change the direction of this country with Your blessing.

I pray also for those brothers and sisters in other countries who suffer atrocities and persecution simply because they have chosen to follow Jesus Christ. In countries like China and Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Afghanistan, Vietnam - You know, protect Your people, provide for their needs, let them feel Your holy presence refreshing them, energizing them, and comforting them. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen.

Oh Lord~

Please protect America. We plead for Godly men to lead us. We pray the men in leadership who don't know You to find You. May we remember the citizens who died on this day. Protect America Oh Lord. We humbly ask for forgiveness for our sins. May we again be America the beautiful and stand for Godly values, a beacon to the world. Protect us Oh Mighty God from all who mean to harm us. In Jesus' Name we pray.

Lord,

I pray that you will touch every person who was involved on September 11th, 2001.

Please bring comfort and touch the hearts of people who lost loved ones, friends and fellow workers that day and give freedom of mind to those who still suffer daily from what they witnessed.

Amen.

Father GOD, I stand in agreement with the above prayers. In Jesus Holy name.

Lord, I touch and agree. Give comfort on this day to all the survivors and all the families that lost their loved ones that day, moms, dads, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters. Lord, I don't know that the pain will ever leave them but may you wrap your loving arms around them and may they find peace and love. Let us never forget the horrors of that day. Let us never forget all the brave people who were heros that day. Let us not forgot that sacrifice has it's price. May you have mercy oh Lord. I thank you and paise you. Amen
