Again, So that I am not falsely accused of "casting my pearls," please be advised that you are never under compulsion to read my posts. My contribution to the spreading of God's Word, whether gospel or prophecy, is intended for receptive ears only.

Glorious Sabbath Day People of God:
Message for the New Year
We know that God loves us, for the Bible tells us so:
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16 (NIV)
But, in order for our joy to be complete, we must uphold our end of the covenant, which calls for us to keep Christ's commands:
If you remain in Me and My words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. John 15:7 (NIV)
⁹"As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in My love. ¹⁰If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands and remain in His love. ¹¹I have told you this so that My joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete."
¹²My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. ¹³Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. John 15:9-13 (NIV)
Jesus didn't serve to heap hot coals on our heads, He died, and is risen, that our souls may be saved.
¹⁶This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters. 1 John 3:16 (NIV)
Keep reading. Jesus doesn't require our physical death to prove that we love our fellow man. The text is not quite that literal. By the guidance of the Holy Spirit, John correctly divides exactly how Christ commands us to lay down our lives for one another - that we may remain in Him.
¹⁷If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person?
(To set before the LORD the worst that you have, is not only dishonorable, it is disingenuous (lie to The Holy Spirit regarding a deficient offering).
¹⁸Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth. 1 John 3 (NIV)
To serve "in truth" means that you do the right thing FOR THE RIGHT REASON.
2 Corinthians 9 (NIV)
⁶Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. ⁷Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. ⁸And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.

BUT, GOD IS NOT MOCKED

Thus said the LORD, "SEEK MY FACE,"
REMAIN IN HIM
Again, how can a city, that professes to love Jesus, be offended at the Word of God? Jesus is the Word of God. If you accuse me of "casting my pearls among swine," and you turn and tear me to pieces, that means that you are the swine who is unreceptive (rejects) the Word of God (Jesus).
