Relentless.

Writing this takes courage and is pretty personal. I take the change for the word of God says: Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. (James 5:16).

Old path reopened,
embracing my sin again,
escaping into illusion,
have I forgotten about you Lord?
Are you not my refuge?
Yet still lies I followed again,
distrusted sinner,
failure to the core,
that's what I am,
yet you still love me.

Fallen into devil's schemes,
those lies taking hold again,
how can I be loved?
Yet I know you Lord love me?
And I love you Jesus,
but my flesh brings me death,
once again I fall into lies;
What should be temple of yours,
defiled by my sins again.

Lord help me!
Forgive me,
cleanse me by the blood,
take away this burden,
I want to be free,
but I am too weak,
I need you Lord to stay free,
Help, take this addiction away!

Lord be praised,
for you are the God,
God who makes sinners to saint's,
God who forgives and forgets,
your mercy never fails,
your love remains forever,
if we just can accept;
this undeserved glory,
you chose to give to us,
and forevermore I wonder why?
What are we that you so watch over us?
Lord I praise you.

Hear me oh Father,
Cover me in the blood,
save me from this darkness,
I want to serve you,
I surrender again.

So what is this about. This is about addiction I have. Have been for several years. Addiction to porn. I want to seriously get free. I relapse today so I am in day zero again. Now I need prayer to support me in the coming fight against this pestilence that is destroying my relationship with God and people.

With this I start this blog. Tomorrow I might post a testimony of mine. Testimony I have also given on a peer support forum. And in the future I try to post at least weekly in this blog recording my progress about breaking this addiction. I hope, pray and believe that at least some of you find this inspiring and encouraging journey.

Lord I come before you with all this. Please see and bless this blog I am making into this prayer request site. Allow me to find freedom from my addiction once and for all Lord, this sin is making me distressed. I lean on your word which said I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength (Philippians 4:13) In the name of Lord Jesus Christ I pray, amen.

With this I wish good night to everyone since it's evening in where I live.

God Bless.

You are not at day zero again. You have overcome this addiction for a period of time before stumbling again. That is great. Self-condemnation and self-loathing are not of God; they are of the demonic realm. The demonic realm wants you to condemn yourself because God does not. Leaning on the Word sounds so lame. Absorbing and living in the Word sounds better and what is needed. If you just lean on the Word, you will find yourself falling asleep, losing your balance, and falling. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit do not just support you; they actually live inside you, in your new reborn spirit.

Memorize some scripture passages which you can speak aloud before you become weak and while you are in a weakened condition. This would be like pouring water over the wound, cleansing it, and it will be drowned with the water of God, the Living Word. It is very doubtful you will overcome this just by saying you will not do it, which is like saying I will not sin. That is like applying the Law to your situation. The Law gives power to sin, and the more you use the Law to overcome something, the more powerful the sin becomes. You have to walk in the Spirit, which is the Word, and apply it to the situation. The more you apply the Word, the weaker the sin becomes. Jesus has already taken your addiction onto Himself, "by His stripes we were healed." When you try to apply the Law and its "thou shalt not's" to the situation, you are doing it under your own power. But when you believe that Jesus has taken this addiction onto Himself and you immerse yourself in the Word, through praise, thanksgiving, and worship, you open yourself to the grace, mercy, and power of God to overcome this addiction. Jesus has overcome this addiction for you; the victory is won. You are fighting from a place of victory, not from a place of trying to gain a victory. The demonic realm wants you to believe that you are losing the battle and speak that loss aloud in your mind and words. The demonic realm does not want you to be voicing the victory you already have, through Jesus.

Casting all your care upon Him because He careth for you. Believe God's word. Trust Jesus with all your heart, mind and soul. He alone will deliver you from the devil's schemes.

Those are spirits of lust and perversion that must be cast out. I would seek deliverance or play worship music in the house 24/7, you'll see how the cravings will shift with it on. Otherwise the inner pressure from the unclean spirits inside will make u give in to the porn again and again. Behind those pornographic images are demons that open more doors especially through the recorded images in ur mind. The mind is willing but the flesh is weak as Apostle Paul said. I would also seek Godly counsel, a priest or addiction counseling specialist to help break the habit. God Bless =)

Thanks for all of you. Few points I want to make... Yes this addiction is a demonic problem but it's a chemical addiction in your brain. So all can't be blamed on demons we also have a choice and isn't it written that resist the devil and he will flee from you. And in some another place: Flee sexual immorality. This temptation is yes from demonic source but it's in the end relapse is always a choice. I do not hate myself, I hate that sin I did.

### you are right, I am not in day zero and the progress I have made in past is not thrown in the way. My record of continuing sobriety is ### days. And I know this addiction can be broken.

Now I am in hurry so I write more later, probably share my story.

God bless.

For that chemical addiction, command it to leave your body, now. Jesus said that believers can move mountains if we speak to it, believing, and it shall move. Keep commanding it until it does move.

Speak aloud while crossing your arms across your chest.

In the name of Jesus, I command any and all addictions in my body to leave, now, and not return. I break off and cancel any and all negative words and declarations spoken over my life and body. I break off and cancel any and all negative words I have read. I am now free of all bondages and captivities of the devil in my life and body. I command all chemicals and hormones in my body to come back into perfect harmony and balance, now. Thank you Jesus.

James 4:7King James Version (KJV)7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

There is another part of resisting the devil, and that is to submit to God.

isn't it written that resist the devil and he will flee from you.
