Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for an unquenchable thirst for truth and righteousness.
We have been continuing in relentless prayer with you for the team you mentioned and for their lawyers and legal representatives, that the Lord would set them free from the lies that bind them and stir their hearts to hunger and thirst for what is true and right before Him. We have been praying that God would cover those who are His with His peace and understanding, and that He would grant to those who do not yet know Him a broken and contrite heart that He will not despise as we read in Psalm 51:17, and the freedom that comes only through knowing His truth as promised in John 8:32. We share your grief over disregard for human life and honest communication, and we have asked the Lord to work deeply on their hearts so they may recognize their sin, turn from it, and walk in righteousness and compassion, for we know that education and position cannot make a heart righteous before God. We have also been praying Matthew 5:6 over them, that those who hunger and thirst for righteousness may be filled.
We continue to pray in Jesus name that the Holy Spirit would intercede and that the Father would grant them genuine repentance, forgiveness through the blood of Jesus, and a desire to do nothing that is evil in His eyes, according to His perfect will.
