Relentless prayer for an unquenchable thirst for truth and righteousness.

Kensem

Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, we come to you in Jesus name

It is written, 'The truth shall set you free.'
Lord Jesus, we pray that you save the team at ###, their lawyers and legal representatives, who are bound by Satan's lies.
We ask your precious blood over those who are chosen and Christians. May you cover them and give them peace and understanding.
May you teach them to be righteous and compassionate.
As we can see, even those who are lawyers and studied law can engage themselves in horrible sins.
Lord, I pray you forgive their sins and let them not do anything that is evil in your eyes.
Lord, we do not wish to boast before You, nor do we wish to look down on lawyers who fall short of Your glory.
However, we humbly acknowledge that we cannot always expect the educated to act righteously.
Lord it is written in Psalms 51,
16For You do not delight in sacrifice, or else I would give it;
You are not pleased with burnt offering. [1 Sam 15:22]
17My sacrifice acceptable to God is a broken spirit;
A broken and contrite heart such, O God, You will not despise.
Lord, I pray in Jesus name that you work on their hearts so that they can recognise their sins and hate their sins enough so that they don't continue to live a sinful life.
Lord it grieves my heart how these people are disregarding human life and honest communication.
Stir their hearts, Lord, and give them an unquenchable thirst for truth and righteousness.
We thank Your Holiness and Your Holy Spirit who is interceding for us and them all the time.
We exalt your name on high, Jesus Christ.
Let your will be done, Heavenly Father, amen

We join with you in fervent prayer, lifting up the team at , their lawyers, and legal representatives, that they may be freed from the snares of deception and led into the liberating truth of God’s Word. The enemy seeks to blind minds and harden hearts, but we declare that no one is beyond the reach of Christ’s redeeming love. "And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." (John 8:32) Let this truth pierce through every lie, every compromise, and every justification of sin that has taken root in their lives.

We pray for those among them who profess faith in Christ, that the blood of Jesus would cover them, shielding them from the enemy’s accusations and filling them with divine peace. May they walk in the fullness of the Holy Spirit, bearing the fruit of righteousness and compassion. "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law." (Galatians 5:22-23) Let their lives reflect the transforming power of the Gospel, not the corruption of the world.

It is a sobering reality that even those trained in the law can fall into grievous sin, but we do not despair. We acknowledge that education and intellect are no guarantee of godliness, only a surrendered heart can produce true righteousness. "For the Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart." (1 Samuel 16:7) We pray that their hearts would be broken before the Lord, not in despair, but in repentance. "The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit. A broken and contrite heart, O God, You will not despise." (Psalm 51:17) May they hate sin as God hates it and turn from it with godly sorrow.

The disregard for human life and honest communication is deeply troubling, for it reveals a heart that has strayed from God’s design. We rebuke the spirit of deception and call forth conviction by the Holy Spirit. "For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 6:23) Let them see the weight of their actions and the destruction they bring, not only to others but to their own souls. We pray for an unquenchable thirst for truth and righteousness, that they would hunger and thirst after God as the deer pants for water. "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled." (Matthew 5:6)

We exalt the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through His sacrifice that sinners can be reconciled to God. If any among them have not yet surrendered their lives to Christ, we pray that the Holy Spirit would draw them with cords of love. "For God so loved the world, that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life." (John 3:16) May they confess their sins, turn from them, and receive the gift of salvation.

We also lift up those who are already believers, that they would not grow weary in doing good but would stand firm in the faith. "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up." (Galatians 6:9) May they be bold witnesses for Christ, even in the face of opposition, and may their lives be a testimony to the power of the Gospel.

Heavenly Father, we submit this prayer to You, trusting in Your perfect will. Stir the hearts of these individuals, break the chains of deception, and draw them into a deep, abiding relationship with You. Let Your truth reign in their minds, Your righteousness govern their actions, and Your love compel them to walk in obedience. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We hear your heart in this prayer, the grief, the longing, the refusal to give up on people who seem so lost. It is a holy ache, and we join you in carrying it before the Lord.

When we intercede for those caught in deception, it can begin to feel like a weight only we are carrying. But your prayer itself already touches something deeper: a broken and contrite spirit is God’s own workshop. We cannot manufacture that in anyone, no matter how earnestly we plead, nor do we have to. The Holy Spirit is the One who convicts the world of sin and righteousness, and He is already at work in ways we cannot see. Your role is not to engineer their change but to stand in the gap with steady, trusting prayer, and that you are already doing.

Concretely, you might set a small, consistent rhythm for this ongoing intercession: a few minutes each morning or evening specifically for these lawyers and their team. As you do, hand the burden back to the Lord each time, refusing to let the grief curdle into resentment. Pray also for your own heart, that it remain soft, full of the same mercy you are asking God to show them.

Let’s pray now:

Lord Jesus, we lift these lawyers and legal representatives before Your throne. You know the lies that have entangled them, and You love them more than we can imagine. By Your Spirit, stir a deep unrest until they can no longer be at peace with what grieves You. Awaken in them a genuine, durable thirst for truth and righteousness, not a passing regret but a turning that reorders their lives. Guard the one who prays for them from discouragement, and fill them with Your own patience and hope. In Your strong name we ask, amen.

The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, You will not despise. You have prayed that these lawyers may have such a heart; this is a gracious request, for a broken and a contrite heart, though there is but one such, O God, You will not despise. Beware of a superficial repentance, for the Lord abhors it. The really repentant one hates sin as sin and turns from it with purpose of heart.

The repentance which makes us avoid present sin because of the love of God who died for us, this also is saving repentance. Remember that the Lord Jesus Christ lives to pray for sinners! He lives to make intercession for the transgressors! He lives to give to sinners the Holy Spirit to work in them true belief and true repentance!

You are not to seek to draw up repentance from the depths of your own heart, as you might draw up water from a well, but to ask Christ to work repentance in them by His Holy Spirit, through belief of the Truth of God. If you would have repentance, this is my best advice to you, look to Jesus. And He shall strengthen their heart; God, alone, can strengthen the heart. He says, “Give Me your heart,” and when He asks for your heart, it is all for love of you and not for what He should get out of you.

Therefore, be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart, all you that hope in the Lord.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You pray for an unquenchable thirst for truth and righteousness, and you rightly recall the words of the prophet: a broken and contrite heart God will not despise. This is the very sacrifice that pleases Him more than all burnt offerings. For what does God seek if not a soul that trembles at His words, meek and utterly subdued? That kind of heart, when insulted or wronged, does not rise up in vengeance; it is quiet, ready to suffer, and not eager to strike back. This is the lowliness of mind Christ blesses.

Your longing for those lawyers, that they might recognize their sins and hate them, is good. Yet remember that the thirst you ask for them is itself a gift. Christ cried out, "If anyone thirst, let him come to Me and drink." He draws no one by force, but He calls those inflamed with desire. So pray earnestly that this very thirst may be kindled in them: not merely a wish to escape consequences, but a burning, inward craving for righteousness itself. For He who said, "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst after righteousness," promises to satisfy them.

But tend your own heart as you intercede. Do not pray as though you stand above them, but with a contrite spirit of your own. The sacrifice acceptable to God is a spirit broken to dust. Even in the midst of the marketplace or walking along the way, you can cry out to God in that silent, shattered prayer, and He who searches hearts will hear. He knows the groaning of the spiritual man who prays with such inward humility.

And do not despair of the educated, nor think that righteousness comes by learning. True righteousness is not in figure, but in the new creation of baptism, in holiness of truth. The word of faith is near, in the mouth and in the heart: confess the Lord Jesus and believe God raised Him from the dead, and you shall be saved. This same word is near for them too, if they will but turn. So instead of grieving their sins as though untouched by the same wound, grieve with hope. For if they sin willfully after knowing the truth, a fearful judgment remains; but before that day, the door stands open to the truly contrite.

Continue your intercession, then, but let your own heart be ever more broken by the weight of your need for mercy. From that low place, prayer for others becomes a sweet savor to God. He will not despise it.
