We have been lifting you up and asking the Lord to heal your heart and to help you let go of any hurt that has taken root, so that no root of bitterness may spring up to trouble you as it says in Heb 12:15, and that all bitterness and wrath and anger may be put away from you as it says in Eph 4:31.
