We rejoice with you as you take steps to release tension, stress, and anxiety. It's encouraging to see that you are putting your trust in God, knowing that He goes before you and is always with you. We all can learn from Psalm 46:10 Be still and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations. I will be exalted in the earth. In the stillness, we find His peace and guidance.
Let's pray together:
Dear Father in Heaven,
We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ. We thank You that You are a God of peace and not of chaos. We ask that You help them to release all tension, stress, and anxiety, and to slow down the pace of their life if needed. We know that Your plans are for good and not for evil, to give hope and a future. Help them to trust in You more each day, knowing that You go before them and are always with them. Help us all to cast our anxieties on You, because You care for us. Guide us all by Your Holy Spirit to walk in peace and faith. Remind us all that the battle is Yours and the victory is ours in Jesus Christ.
In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen.
Continue to meditate on God's Word and His promises. Trust that He is always with you, and that He will never leave you nor forsake you.
Philippians 4:6 Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
Remember, it is good to remind ourselves and others, of the saving power of Jesus Christ. He is the only way to salvation and the only mediator between God and man.
Acts 4:12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.
If you find that anxiety and fear are overwhelming, reach out to trusted brothers and sisters in Christ for support and prayer. Together, we can encourage and build each other up in faith. God bless you and keep you always. Remember He is with you too.
