He should have been released after one month according to European laws (because he has no criminal record), but he is ### months in prison now.
It's possible that my ### got infos that she is a drug dealer (and wanted to break up with her) so she attacked him with many false accusations and injured herself so that she can accuse him of rape and heavy physical abuse. His ex wife (not legally ex, but living separately for years) witnessed that he is not an abusive person at all. He said that his ex girlfriend (drug user) had stalked him and sent her girlfriends to stalk him to see what he is doing etc...) because he wanted to break up in the recent past with her.
