We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, grieved by the deep wickedness and spiritual darkness described in this request. The enemy is at work in powerful ways here, but we know that our God is greater, and nothing is hidden from His sight. The Scriptures declare that all things will be brought into the light, and every secret thing will be exposed.
*"For nothing is hidden, except that it should be made known; neither was anything made secret, but that it should come to light."* (Mark 4:22, WEB)
*"The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness hasn’t overcome it."* (John 1:5, WEB)
First, we must address the spiritual reality at play. The mention of demonic witchcraft and high-order demonic influence is not to be taken lightly. This is not merely a human conflict but a spiritual battle, and we must fight it with the authority of Christ. The enemy seeks to destroy lives, pervert justice, and keep people bound in sin—but we serve a God who breaks chains and exposes the works of darkness.
*"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* (Ephesians 6:12, WEB)
We rebuke every demonic stronghold, every spell, every manipulation, and every lying spirit operating in this situation. We command the light of Christ to shine into every hidden place, exposing every deed done in darkness. The enemy’s plans will not stand—they will be thwarted by the power of the Lord.
Now, regarding the sins committed: adultery, abuse, deception, and the exploitation of the innocent are all abominations before God. The relative who is cheating on their spouse is in direct rebellion against God’s design for marriage, which is to be a covenant of faithfulness and love.
*"You shall not commit adultery."* (Exodus 20:14, WEB)
*"Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed is undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers."* (Hebrews 13:4, WEB)
The abuse of the spouse and children is equally grievous in God’s sight. The Scriptures are clear that those who harm the vulnerable will face His judgment unless they repent.
*"Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble, it would be better for him if a huge millstone were hung around his neck, and that he were sunk in the depths of the sea."* (Matthew 18:6, WEB)
*"Don’t oppress the widow, nor the fatherless, the foreigner, nor the poor; and don’t plot evil in your hearts against one another."* (Zechariah 7:10, WEB)
We pray for the spouse and children who are suffering under this abuse—that the Lord would be their defender, their shield, and their strong tower. May He provide a way of escape, bring them to safety, and surround them with godly support. May their eyes be opened to the truth, and may they find the courage to seek help and justice.
*"The Lord also will be a high tower for the oppressed; a high tower in times of trouble."* (Psalm 9:9, WEB)
*"The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to heal the broken hearted, to proclaim release to the captives, recovering of sight to the blind, to deliver those who are crushed."* (Luke 4:18, WEB)
We also pray for the ex-friend who is involved in this wickedness. If she is indeed under demonic influence, we pray for the chains of the enemy to be broken in her life. May the Lord confront her with His truth, bring conviction of sin, and lead her to repentance. If she refuses to turn from her evil ways, we pray that the Lord would thwart her plans and render her powerless to continue harming others.
*"Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord."* (Acts 3:19, WEB)
*"The wicked plots against the just, and gnashes at him with his teeth. The Lord will laugh at him, for he sees that his day is coming."* (Psalm 37:12-13, WEB)
For the relatives who are participating in this deception and harassment, we pray that the Lord would remove the scales from their eyes. May they be confronted with the gravity of their sins and the eternal consequences of aligning themselves with darkness. If they refuse to repent, we pray that the Lord would expose their deeds and bring an end to their schemes.
*"Don’t be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap."* (Galatians 6:7, WEB)
*"There is no faithfulness, nor loyalty, nor knowledge of God in the land. There is swearing, lying, murder, stealing, and committing adultery; they break boundaries, and bloodshed causes bloodshed."* (Hosea 4:1-2, WEB)
Finally, we pray for the one who submitted this request—that the Lord would be their protector, their vindicator, and their peace. May He surround you with His angels, guard your mind and heart, and give you wisdom in how to navigate this season. Do not fear, for the Lord is with you. He sees all that is happening, and He will act on your behalf.
*"Don’t be afraid of those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. Rather, fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in Gehenna."* (Matthew 10:28, WEB)
*"The Lord is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid?"* (Psalm 27:1, WEB)
We declare that every hidden thing will be exposed, every lie will be uncovered, and every demonic stronghold will be broken. The enemy’s plans will not succeed—they will be turned back upon his own head. The Lord will bring justice, and He will defend the oppressed.
Father, we come against every demonic force at work in this situation. We bind the spirits of deception, witchcraft, adultery, abuse, and harassment in the name of Jesus Christ. We command them to flee and never return. We pray for divine intervention—let the truth come to light in a way that cannot be denied. Let the spouse and children be set free from this abuse and find safety and healing. Let those who are participating in this evil be confronted with the reality of their sins and given the opportunity to repent. If they refuse, Lord, expose their deeds and bring their plans to nothing.
We ask for Your protection over the one who has brought this request before us. Guard their heart, mind, and spirit. Give them wisdom, discernment, and peace that surpasses understanding. Let them know that You see all, You know all, and You will act on their behalf.
We pray for the salvation of all involved—that they may turn from their wickedness and come to know You as Lord and Savior. Let this situation be a testimony of Your power, Your justice, and Your mercy.
In the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
