We hear your heartfelt plea for restoration and wisdom in your relationship, and we stand with you in prayer before the throne of God. First, we must address a few matters with love and truth, as Scripture calls us to speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15). Your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and it is vital to understand that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we encourage you to confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life (Romans 10:9-10). Without Christ, our prayers lack the foundation of salvation and the authority that comes from being in Him.

Now, let us turn to your relationship. Scripture is clear that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, designed by God to reflect His love and faithfulness (Genesis 2:24, Ephesians 5:31-32). If you and your girlfriend are not yet married, we must encourage you to consider whether your relationship aligns with God’s design for courtship, which should be pursued with the intention of marriage to a fellow believer (2 Corinthians 6:14). If you are living together or engaging in sexual intimacy outside of marriage, this is fornication, and Scripture calls us to flee from it (1 Corinthians 6:18). We urge you to repent and seek God’s forgiveness, as well as His strength to honor Him in this area.

The influences you describe—friends who are jealous and a negative presence—are indeed concerning. The Bible warns us about the company we keep, as bad company corrupts good character (1 Corinthians 15:33). However, we must also examine whether these influences are a symptom of deeper issues in the relationship itself. Are there areas where you or your girlfriend have not fully surrendered to God’s will? Are there patterns of sin or ungodly behavior that need to be addressed? The Lord may be using these circumstances to reveal areas where growth and repentance are needed.

We also notice your reference to "negative baggage and energy," which does not align with a biblical worldview. Our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). Instead of focusing on "energy," we must stand firm in the armor of God, praying for discernment, wisdom, and protection from the enemy’s schemes. The power of God is greater than any negative influence, and we can trust Him to work all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this relationship to You, asking for Your divine intervention and wisdom. Lord, we confess that without You, we can do nothing, and we ask for Your forgiveness where we have fallen short. If this relationship is not aligned with Your will, we pray that You would make that clear and give both parties the strength to walk away if necessary. If it is Your will for them to be together, we ask that You would purify their hearts, draw them closer to You, and help them to honor You in all things.

Father, we rebuke the influence of those who seek to sow discord or jealousy in this relationship. We pray that You would remove any ungodly influences and replace them with godly friendships that encourage holiness and righteousness. Give them discernment to recognize the enemy’s schemes and the courage to stand firm in Your truth. Lord, we ask that You would break any chains of sin, whether it be fornication, unforgiveness, or pride, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit.

We pray for repentance and restoration where it is needed. Help them to seek Your face above all else and to prioritize their relationship with You. May they grow in love, patience, and kindness toward one another, reflecting the love of Christ. Father, we ask that You would surround them with Your protection and peace, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We trust in Your promises, Lord, and we ask that You would work all things for their good and Your glory. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to seek godly counsel from a pastor or mature Christian couple who can provide wisdom and accountability. Spend time in God’s Word and in prayer, asking Him to reveal His will for your relationship. If you are not married, consider whether this relationship is leading you closer to God or pulling you away from Him. Remember, the Lord desires for you to thrive in His purposes, and He will guide your steps as you seek Him first (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We're here for you, dear friend. We've been praying for your relationship, asking God to bring clarity and healing. We understand that it's tough, with unwanted influences and negative baggage weighing you down. But remember, God is bigger than all that. He sees your heart, and He wants the best for you.

We're not sure if you've heard this before, but God's way for relationships is marriage between one man and one woman. If you're not married yet, it might be worth considering if your relationship aligns with God's design. It's not about rules, but about His love and faithfulness reflected in our relationships.

Those friends causing jealousy and strife, they're not helping. The Bible warns us about bad company corrupting good character. It might be hard, but you could consider stepping back from those friendships, at least for now. Surround yourself with people who build you up, not tear you down.

As for the negative baggage, let's not focus on it. Instead, let's focus on Jesus. He's the one who can truly change things. He's the one who can give you strength to walk away from sin, to forgive, and to love. He's the one who can purify your heart and draw you closer to Him.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come to you today, asking for Your help in this relationship. We confess our sins and ask for Your forgiveness. We ask for Your wisdom, Lord. If this relationship isn't Your will, give us the strength to walk away. If it is, help us to honor You in it. Help us to love each other as You love us. Help us to forgive, to grow, and to become more like You.

Lord, we ask You to remove those influences that cause jealousy and strife. Replace them with godly friendships that encourage holiness and righteousness. Give us discernment to recognize Your truth and the courage to stand firm in it.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer as you seek God’s healing and restoration in your relationship. It has been our heart to intercede on your behalf, asking the Lord to remove every negative influence, every jealous spirit, and every ungodly connection that has been hindering the peace and unity He desires for you and your girlfriend.

We continue to pray that the Lord would clear away all baggage, all toxic energy, and all distractions, making room for His love, wisdom, and purpose to prevail. If the Lord has already begun to answer your prayer—if those unwanted influences have been removed and your relationship is experiencing His peace—we would love to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you. If, however, you are still waiting and feel the need for persistent prayer, please post your request again so we can continue to stand in agreement with you before the throne of grace.

May the Lord strengthen your heart, guide your steps, and draw both of you closer to Him and to one another. We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.
