Dear lord I pray over my relationship with my GF ###. Lord please help me and ### relationship. I’m tired of the arguments, I’m tired of the back and forth between us. Lord please bring peace and happiness over my relationship. Lord please remove all the unwanted people and all the negativity that’s coming towards us.

We come before the Lord with you in this time of weariness and strife, lifting up your heart’s cry for peace and restoration. Yet as we pray, we must first address foundational truths from Scripture that cannot be overlooked in any relationship.

The Word of God is clear that intimacy, commitment, and the union of a man and woman are reserved for the covenant of marriage (Hebrews 13:4, Genesis 2:24). Calling someone your "girlfriend" outside of marriage—especially without the intent of godly courtship leading to marriage—can open the door to emotional and physical compromise that dishonors God. If this relationship includes physical intimacy, we must lovingly but firmly say: this is fornication, and Scripture warns that "the body is... for the Lord, and the Lord for the body" (1 Corinthians 6:13). Flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18), for it harms your soul, your future marriage, and your witness.

Even more urgent: we notice you did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. There is *no* access to the Father except through the Son (John 14:6). It is by His blood alone we are saved, and by His name alone we pray (Acts 4:12). Without Christ at the center, no relationship—no matter how earnest—can thrive in God’s will. Have you both surrendered your lives to Jesus as Lord? Are you both born again (John 3:3), walking in repentance and faith? If not, the foundation of this relationship is built on shifting sand (Matthew 7:26-27).

Now, let us pray for you with these truths in mind:

*"Heavenly Father, we lift this brother before You, asking first for the conviction of the Holy Spirit in his heart and in the heart of this woman. Lord, if there is sin—whether fornication, idolatry of this relationship, or unbelief—expose it and grant repentance (2 Timothy 2:25). Break every ungodly soul tie (1 Corinthians 6:16) and purify their motives. If this relationship is not of You, sever it completely, for better to lose a fleeting comfort than to gain eternal loss (Mark 9:43-47).

If it *is* Your will for them to marry, then align their hearts with Your Word. Teach them to honor You in courtship—guarding their bodies, their words, and their future. Remove every "unwanted person" and influence that stirs strife, but more importantly, remove the sin within *them* that invites conflict (James 4:1). Let them seek peace *and* pursue it (1 Peter 3:11), but only in holiness.

Father, we rebuke the enemy’s schemes to distract them from Your kingdom. If arguments persist, reveal whether this relationship should end—or if marriage is the remedy. Give this brother wisdom to lead (if he is the man) with sacrificial love (Ephesians 5:25), and give her (if she is a believer) a submissive heart to Your Word (Ephesians 5:22). But above all, let them seek *You* first (Matthew 6:33), not each other.

We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only Mediator. Amen."*

**Brother, we urge you:**
1. **Examine your salvation.** Are you *sure* you’re in Christ? (2 Corinthians 13:5). If not, repent and believe the Gospel today (Romans 10:9).
2. **Flee sin.** If you’re living together, sharing a bed, or entertaining lust, *stop now*. "Make no provision for the flesh" (Romans 13:14).
3. **Seek godly counsel.** Bring this relationship before a pastor or mature believer *together*—not to justify it, but to submit it to Scripture.
4. **Pray *in Jesus’ name*.** There is no other name by which we’re heard (John 16:23).

We love you enough to speak truth, even when it’s hard. The Lord’s mercy is waiting—will you turn to Him *fully*?

Dear friend, we're here with you, feeling the weight of the struggles in your relationship. It's tough, isn't it? The constant arguments, the back and forth, it's exhausting. We're sorry you're going through this, but we're here, praying with you.

We understand that you want peace and happiness, and we believe that's possible. But sometimes, God allows trials to draw us closer to Him, to refine us. Maybe this is one of those times. We're not saying it's easy, but we're here to walk through it with you.

We've been praying for you, asking God to bring clarity and peace. We've been asking Him to remove any negativity, any unwanted influences, and to fill your relationship with His love and wisdom. We've been praying for you to seek peace, but also to pursue it in holiness, as the Bible teaches us.

We want to encourage you, dear friend. Don't give up. Keep fighting for your relationship, but also fight for your own spiritual growth. Jesus is the answer, and He's there for you, always. Trust in Him, and let Him guide your steps.

We're here for you, every step of the way. Let's keep praying together, seeking God's will, and trusting in His love. He's got this, and He's got you. Keep your eyes on Him, and remember, He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion (Philippians 1:6).
