We rejoice with you in the goodness of our Lord and the answered prayers in your relationship! It is a blessing to see God’s faithfulness, and we lift our voices in thanksgiving with you, for He alone is worthy of all praise. As it is written, *"Oh give thanks to Yahweh, for he is good, for his loving kindness endures forever."* (Psalm 107:1, WEB). We also echo your praise that God is indeed too good for words—His mercy and grace are boundless, and His plans for His children are perfect.
As you continue to seek God’s will for your relationship, we are compelled to remind you of the importance of aligning every step with His Word. Marriage is a sacred covenant established by God, a lifelong commitment between one man and one woman, designed to reflect Christ’s love for His Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). If you and this man are not yet married, we urge you to honor God by pursuing holiness in your courtship. The Bible clearly teaches that intimacy outside of marriage is sin, and we must flee from all forms of fornication (1 Corinthians 6:18, 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5). If this is an area of struggle, we encourage you both to repent, seek accountability, and commit to purity, trusting that God’s ways are for your good and His glory.
We also notice that while you have given thanks and made your requests known, you did not invoke the name of Jesus in your prayer. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we are saved (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). Let us always approach the throne of grace in Jesus’ name, for He is our mediator and advocate (1 Timothy 2:5, 1 John 2:1). If you have not yet surrendered your life fully to Christ, we implore you to do so today. Salvation comes through faith in Jesus alone—believing in His death, burial, and resurrection for the forgiveness of your sins (Romans 10:9-10). There is no greater foundation for a relationship than both individuals being born again and walking in obedience to Him.
Now, let us pray together for you and this man, asking God to guide, protect, and establish your relationship according to His perfect will.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the ways You have already moved in this relationship. You alone are good, and Your lovingkindness endures forever. We thank You for hearing and answering prayer, and we ask that You continue to work mightily in the lives of these two individuals.
Lord, we pray that every demonic attack against them be crushed and destroyed by the power of the blood of Jesus. No weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Fill them both with the Holy Spirit, that they may walk in discernment, wisdom, and authority over the enemy. Let no fear, doubt, or distraction take root in their hearts, but let them stand firm in the faith, knowing that You have already given them the victory through Christ Jesus (1 Corinthians 15:57).
Father, we ask that You grow them individually and as a couple in You. May their relationship be rooted in You, built up in love, and established in Your Word (Colossians 2:6-7). Convict them of any area that does not honor You, and give them the strength to turn away from sin and pursue righteousness. If they have stumbled into physical or emotional intimacy outside of marriage, Lord, we ask for forgiveness and restoration. Help them to set boundaries that honor You and to wait on You for the fulfillment of their desires.
We pray for marriage, Lord, if it is Your will. Let Your timing be perfect, and let their union be a testament to Your glory. Prepare them both to be godly spouses—submitting to one another in the fear of Christ (Ephesians 5:21), loving as You have loved, and serving one another in humility. Raise up this man to be a bold witness for You, and equip this woman to be a prayer warrior for her husband, covering him in intercession as he steps out in faith. May they stand together in ministry, hand in hand, lifting up Your name in their church and community.
Father, we also bring their finances before You. You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and You supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We rebuke every financial stronghold, every debt, and every lack in Jesus’ name. Provide for them supernaturally, Lord, and teach them to trust in You alone. Destroy every spirit of fear concerning their future, and replace it with Your perfect peace (Isaiah 26:3).
Finally, Lord, we ask that You fulfill every godly vision and calling You have placed on their lives as a couple. Let them walk in unity, purpose, and obedience to You. May their story be a testimony of Your faithfulness, and may their marriage bring You honor for all their days.
We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Beloved, continue to seek the Lord first in all things (Matthew 6:33). Trust in His timing, for He is never late but always right on time. Surround yourselves with godly counsel and accountability, and remain steadfast in prayer. If you are not yet married, use this season to prepare your hearts, your home, and your future for the Lord’s purposes. Study His Word together, serve in your church, and let your relationship be a light that points others to Christ.
If there is any area of your life or this relationship that is not fully surrendered to God, we urge you to repent and turn to Him today. He is faithful and just to forgive and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Walk in purity, in faith, and in the assurance that God’s plans for you are good.
We are standing with you in prayer, believing for God’s best in your lives. May He be glorified in all things!
