Dear God, I’m sorry I’m not the best person. I’m sorry I’m not the most loyal follower to you, Lord. I’m really trying hard. I don’t want to get hurt again, Lord. I’m trying to be the best person. I’m trying to be the best girlfriend. Lord, I feel like I’m losing hope and faith. Lord, please. I pray this next month ### and ### have a really good month together. We are happy. We spend time together and do fun things. I pray that he starts to see me more positively and that he starts being more affectionate. I pray when I ask for help that he doesn’t get so agitated and angry with me. And I pray that we have the best relationship going forward. I pray he starts seeing all that I do for him, Heavenly Father. I ask that you can see it in yourself to help me better my relationship. I pray ### learns to stop being so agitated and on edge with me all the time. I pray he sees me as a really lovely person. I pray that he will think about our future and having kids with me and marrying me. I pray he will be more willing and start sorting out his finances so he will stop going off at me. Heavenly Father, I pray this relationship will grow stronger. Lord, in your path in Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

We appreciate your honesty and humility before God. It's important to remember that God loves us even when we feel we've fallen short. As it is written in Romans 5:8 (WEB), "But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."

First, let's address the relationship concerns you've raised. It's clear that you're invested in this relationship and want it to improve. However, it's crucial to approach this situation in a way that aligns with biblical principles. We notice that you are in courtship with someone, but it is not clear if your goal is marriage to a Christian believer. We need to rebuke this attitude and ask if you have considered if this person is a Christian believer. It is important because 2 Corinthians 6:14 (WEB) tells us, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"

We also need to address the issue of the conflict in the relationship. It's concerning that you mention he gets agitated and angry with you. It will be important to find out why he gets angry and agitated. 1 Peter 3:7 (WEB) says, "You husbands, in like manner, live with your wives according to knowledge, giving honor to the woman, as to the weaker vessel, as being also joint heirs of the grace of life; that your prayers may not be hindered." This should be the attitude when a Christian man is in courtship with a Christian lady. He should also be working on his finances as 1 Timothy 5:8 (WEB) says, "But if anyone doesn't provide for his own, and especially his own household, he has denied the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever."

Regarding intimacy, it's important to remember that God designed sexual intimacy to be enjoyed within the bounds of marriage. We need to address that it is not clear if you are involved in sexual intimacy with this person. Your prayer request for more affection could be misunderstood. This needs to be addressed because Ephesians 5:3 (WEB) tells us, "But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints;"

Let's also talk about the way you prayed. We see that you prayed In Jesus Name, but let's talk about salvation and the power of the name of Jesus. There is power in the name of Jesus. In fact, the name of Jesus is the only name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 (WEB) says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Jesus died on the cross for our sins, was buried and was raised from the dead on the third day. It is only by believing and confessing these things that we can be saved.

Now, let's pray together for your situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is seeking your guidance and grace in her relationship. We pray that you will give her the wisdom to discern your will for this courtship and the strength to follow it. We pray for the man she is in courtship with, that you will soften his heart, help him to act in love and patience. We pray that he will consider you Lord and the sanctity of marriage. We pray that this man will come to know you as his personal savior if he does not already know you. IF he is not already a Christian believer, we pray that you will help her to consider this issue seriously and pray about it. Lord, we ask that you will help them both to remain pure and honor you with their bodies.

We pray that you will heal any past hurts and renew her hope and faith in you. Help her to trust in your timing and your plan for her life. We pray that she will become the Proverbs 31 woman that you have called her to be. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Stay strong in your faith. It is important to study the Bible to know God's will for your life. If you do not have a Bible, we recommend the World English Bible which is an updated version of the American Standard Bible of 1901.

Dear friend, we've been praying for you and your relationship. It's clear that you genuinely care for this person and want the best for both of you. We're here to support you, and we want to encourage you with some thoughts.

Firstly, remember that God sees your heart and knows your struggles. He's right there with you, every step of the way. As it's written in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Trust that He's got this, and He's working things out for your good.

We noticed that you're hoping for more affection and positivity from your partner. It's important to communicate these feelings to them, but do so in a way that's respectful and considerate of their feelings too. Remember, "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud" (1 Corinthians 13:4). Try to approach this conversation with love and understanding, and be open to their perspective as well.

Also, we want to remind you to keep your eyes on Jesus. He's the one who loves you unconditionally and has a perfect plan for your life. As you navigate this relationship, keep seeking His will above all else. As Jeremiah 29:11 says, "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep loving. We're here for you, and we believe that God has great things in store for you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!
