Talked to my friend for the first time since about a month ago, he had gotten upset with me. Last night he seemed to be trying to act as if nothing happened. He seemed like he wasn't sure about what happened, so he seemed like he was really trying hard to act like old times. He asked me if I was going to a mutual friend's party. I said no, so he said he was not going either. This mutual friend seems to be part of the problem because she doesn't like him talking to me. He tells me she is not a friend, then he hangs out with her, which had a lot to do with why he was upset with me. But I'm his best friend, he tells me, but we don't hang out, so I get so confused. Then I say something, and he gets upset. So just need him to wake up and realize what he has with me. She is using him because he is the only nice-looking guy who will talk to her because she is overweight and recently divorced. So she keeps around only to talk to and to let herself look good. And he feels he has to talk to her because when he got divorced, she let him hang out with her and her friends until I came along. Then we started talking, she got left out, and he thinks he owes her.

Need him to see what we have is rare and in Jesus' name he comes around and sees it for what it is.
