We do not know if this is a dating relationship, an engagement, or a marriage. We also do not know if this other person is a Christian believer. These are important details.

If this person is not a Christian believer, then you need to stop pursuing a relationship with them as a Christian should only marry another Christian believer. If they are a Christian believer, then you need to be in a group fellowship setting with other Christian believers and not isolated with them. You need to do things properly for the relationship to be honorable. If this is a marriage, then you need to be willing to forgive and restore the relationship.

If this was a romantic relationship and not a marriage, then you need to repent of this and stop pursuing it. You need to get back into fellowship with God. You need to be praying about this as this is sin and not God's will for your life.
