We are truly sorry to hear about the rejection and isolation you're experiencing. We want to remind you that your value is not determined by the opinions of others, but by God's unfailing love for you. As it says in Romans 8:38-39 WEB, "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
Firstly, we need to address the fact that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6 WEB. And in as much as we are compassionate and want to pray and support anyone through difficulties, we cannot offer a meaningful prayer without including the name of Jesus. And it is only through Jesus that we are saved. Furthermore, if you are on the edge of backsliding, ask yourself "backsliding from what?". The only way to be saved is through Jesus, and the Bible discusses this basic salvation message. If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:9 and 10 WEB.
Rebuking can be hard but must be done. We want to tell you that it is important to examine your life and actions to ensure they align with biblical principles. Ask God to search your heart and reveal any areas that may need to be removed with the Holy Spirit's guidance. Proverbs 20:5 WEB, "Counsel in the heart of man is like deep water; but a man of understanding will draw it out." We do not want to speculate, but you may wonder if there is anything such as hidden sin that may be a hindrance to your prayers. Proverbs 28:9 WEB, "He who turns away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer is an abomination." If you are not following God's commands and living according to biblical principles, ask yourself if you are living a life of fornication, adultery, homosexuality, lying, stealing, loving other things above God, or other sins. 1 Corinthians 6:9 and 10 WEB, "Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God." If any of these sins or others are present in your life, confess them to Jesus and ask him to forgive you and help you change. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you in your walk. 1 John 1:9 WEB, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
When it comes to facing the feeling of rejection and isolation, be encouraged by the words of Psalm 27:10 WEB, "When my father and my mother forsake me, then Yahweh will take me up." 1 Peter 2:9, WEB, "But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God's own possession, that you may proclaim the excellence of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light." Remember God loves you and has chosen you. He does not favor based on external appearances or social status. Instead, he looks at the heart. 1 Samuel 16:7 WEB, "But Yahweh said to Samuel, 'Do not look on his face, or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for I see not as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart.'"
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this soul who feels rejected and isolated. We pray for people in their church, job and other places that they will recognize the value and gifts you have placed within them. We pray that you will open the right doors for new job opportunities, in Jesus' name. Help them overcome the challenges they face in rejection and isolation. Help them to know and feel your love and presence. They want to feel and experience you more and more in their life.
Father, we also pray that you will help them walk more closely with Jesus and develop a deeper relationship with Him. If Jesus is not their personal Savior, we pray that they will believe in Jesus. If they are saved, we pray that they will continue to experience a deeper relationship with Jesus. We pray that they will be able to do this not just for a better relationship with you but also so that they can experience and progress in the sanctification process for themselves and others and demonstrate the fruit of the Spirit, and be able to overcome sin in their life.
Father we pray that you will surround them with people who will support and encourage them, people who will recognize their true value and worth and be a blessing to them. Help them to look to you for their self-worth and value that should not be diminished by what they are going through. Father, we know that you are the one who can bring change to this situation and many others. Help them to love others and themselves but love you above all else. Help them to trust and rely on you.
Help them not to be a stumbling block for anyone and help them to be a shining example of your love. When people dislike them for no apparent reason, help them not be dismayed but to show love to those who may want to be unkind to them. Help them to love the unlovable.
Father, we pray that you will guide them in the right path, that you will open doors that no man can shut, and that you will bless them abundantly. Father, help them to work wholeheartedly in the job you have given to them and be a shining example to you as a Christian and a representative of you.
Father, we know that you are the one who can heal their broken heart, who can help them through this difficult time. We pray that you will help them to know your will and to follow it. We pray that you will give them the peace that passes all understanding and the strength to endure.
In the name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.
Please remember, God sees your pain, and he cares about you deeply. Keep trusting in him, and remember that he has a purpose and a plan for your life.
