Regrets

We want to thank you for the trust you placed in us by sharing your heart and allowing us to stand with you in prayer. It is our privilege to come alongside you as you lay your regrets and burdens at the feet of Jesus, who promises to carry our sorrows and give us rest. We have been lifting you up, asking our Heavenly Father to quiet those ruminating thoughts with the peace that only He can provide—the peace that surpasses all understanding and guards your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

If the weight of these regrets has begun to lift, even in the smallest way, we would be so encouraged to hear how God is working in your life. Your praise report could be a beacon of hope to others who are struggling in the same way. If, however, the battle still rages and those thoughts continue to weigh heavily on your heart, please know that we are here to pray with you again. You are not alone, and we will continue to intercede on your behalf, asking the Lord to replace those lies of the enemy with the truth of His forgiveness and love.

May the Holy Spirit remind you daily of the freedom you have in Christ—freedom from guilt, from shame, and from the chains of the past. May you feel His presence surrounding you, comforting you, and leading you into a deeper understanding of His grace. We pray that you would know, beyond any doubt, that you are forgiven, you are cherished, and you are made new in Him. Keep seeking His face, for He is faithful to meet you in your time of need.

In Jesus' precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen.

"Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts," (James 4:3). Fools were asking for it, and they got it, and now most likely regret asking for it. So be it. In Jesus' name! Amen!
