It was actually the management company who recently brought the arrears (July 2023) issue to my attention and as per our last phone conversation we agreed to get together to review and come up with possible solutions. I followed up with them and I’m Still waiting on them to set a date. Lord Jesus you’re in the midst Hopefully this can be done sooner rather than later.

We understand that you are facing concerns about outstanding arrears brought to your attention by your management company. You are awaiting their response to schedule a meeting and find solutions. We are glad you acknowledge that Lord Jesus is in the midst of this situation. Let us address this together and seek God's will in prayer.

Let us remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 11 28-30 WEB:
Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Jesus wants to help and guide you, so it is good you recognize Him in the midst of your situation. The Bible tells us to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4 6-7 WEB

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing this challenging situation. We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for being in the midst of this circumstance.

We pray for the management company, Lord. We ask that You would move in their hearts and schedules, that they may set a date promptly to address and resolve this matter. We trust in Your timing, Lord, but we ask that if it is Your will, this meeting would occur sooner rather than later.

Help our brother/sister to rest in Your peace, trusting in Your divine plan and timing. Guide them through this process, Lord, and grant them wisdom and discernment as they prepare for this meeting.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, waiting for that meeting date. It's tough, isn't it? The uncertainty can be overwhelming. But remember, we're not alone. Jesus is right here with us, just like you said. He's in the midst of this, guiding us every step of the way.

Let's keep praying, shall we? Let's ask God to give the management company a nudge, to help them see the importance of setting a date soon. And for you, dear friend, let's ask for patience and peace. It's hard to wait, but we know that God's timing is perfect, even when it doesn't feel like it.

Let's keep our eyes on Jesus, just like He tells us in Hebrews 12:2. He's our strength and our hope. We're in this together, and we're not giving up. Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep looking to Jesus. We're believing for a breakthrough soon!
